He paused before answering. He couldm't quite put his paw on it. This scent was familiar, yet unfamiliar to him at the same time...

Personality: Mitka has a wise head on his shoulders, know just when to fight, or when to back out of a situation. He is strong minded and does not jump to conclusions, especially when the pack turns upon Grim and accuses her of insanity. This nearly turns the plot until Mitka takes action as prevents the young pup from being left to die. He shows great respect for Grim and has a feeling that he knows what is going to happen. Mitka is the first to spot the shealter in which the team hears Chromer and believes Grim's story. He hates to be let down, especially when he is unable to convince Dakota to run off and find the wolf appearing in Grim's dreams. After that point and until the bear attack, he is quite let down and leads the team to a bad start. As the group of sled dogs he manages to gether together for the jorney forms, he fails to convince Grey, his other closest companion, to run off with them. Grey doesn't wish to leave with the group and he says to Mitka that Grim's visions are just dreams and that dreams like those aren't real. This leaves a great damper on Mitka as the group leaves in the dead of night, Mitka leading Grim at the head.
Likes: Running, pulling weights, being trusted with the duty of leadership, Grim and his twin, and also his mate.
Hates: Blind fights and arguments, feeling unable to keep the group together, and being weak around others.
Fears: For his team's safety, that he may havce made any wrong choices, such as leaving behind Dakota.
What I plan to do with it: I plan to use Mitka for a major story I am writing called Song of the Four Winds in which the main character, Grim, breaks loose from her huiman owners with her owner's team (Mitka very much included) in tow with only visions of a great canine filled land and howls form a strange wolf named Chromer to lead them.
Other: Mitka is one of the group to reach the Howllands and brings forth a new generation amongst the strange new canines of the 'Lands.

Personality: Kind and understanding. Merciful and loyal. Likes to help people sort out their problems. Is a good guy in his own way.
Likes: Pups, Nyota, Nava (as a friend -_-)
Hates: Being helpless, Niju
Fears: Harm coming to the ones he loves, losing his pups (but not in an over-protective way)
What I plan to do with it: I've already got the plot of a fic circling and forming inside of my mind. Then, I'll probably do some Fan Art and Images of him.
Other: Was the beta (or sub beta) of Nava's pack. He was the only one with mating rights and he chose Nyota after he found her. But ever since she died, he's just been trying to take care of his five children.

Kilaun watched in amazement as the blocks of ice came together to form a bridge. Balto then turned, yelling over the crash of the waves,
"The ice path will only hold for a short time..." but Kilaun's mind was already racing ahead. They were going to have to cross. He nodded gravely as the brown hybrid finished his instructions. Gently, he nudged Nokoni, who was closest, forward. She gave a surprised and puzzled look.
"Daddy, where are we gonna go?" she said, taking a wary step forward, still looking at Kilaun.
"We have to leave this place for a while. The caribou aren't going to come back for a long time, so we have to go to where they are if we want to eat. Now, hurry." All five pups understood, and bounded off, excited. Kilaun chuckled, then trotted over to the head of the double-file line. He bent his head to look at his pups, who had crowded around him like a cloud.
"Okay, when I start running, you follow me as quickly as you can. Okay?" they all nodded. Kilaun turned, waiting for Nava or Balto's signal. A quick movement-Both Nava and Balto had bobbed their heads.
He was off, kicking up beach sand, then splashing through the cold ocean water, till he was on the ice. He nearly slipped on the slick surface several times, letting out a tiny yelp. All around him was the black ocean. He glanced down often to check that all his pups were still on the ice, and not slipping below the water's surface. Kilaun shuddered. A shrill call split apart his concentration.
"Daddy!"
He looked down again.
"What?" he called, his breath coming in small gasps. The owner of the voice belonged to Nonoki.
"Daddy, I think Hupa fell!" Kilaun's heart nearly stopped. He screeched to a halt, his eyes frantic.
"HUPA!" he screamed, seeing the pup's black and white fur not a few feet away from the bridge. He leaped into the water, paddling furiously.
"Keep going!" he called over his shoulder to the wolves, who had stopped. They resumed running, casting the occasional glace back at him.
Taking a deep breath, Kilaun plunged below the surface of the water. He saw Hupa almost immediatley, and grabbing his scruff in his mouth, Kilaun swam back up to air.
Hupa coughed, and Kilaun breathed a sigh of releif. Two of his packmates helped him up, and he gently placed Hupa on his back, resuming the run.
He made it back to the front, nodding to the other pup's curious stares. Several long minutes passed before anything else happened.
"Hey, Kilaun! I think there's something happening at the back of the line!" He slowed, stopping once more. He peered over the heads of the other wolves, trying to see.
A blackish wolf that he couldn't recognize from this distance was advancing on another wolf.

Gender: Male
Personality: A loner. Likes to be left by himself and that's the only time he's happy. Anyone who approaches is sure to get bitten. He's very assertive and tended to fight with his sled mates when the master was not around. He has a wandering streak. Even though most of his teammates saw his bad side, he never attacked Ashes.
History:On ocassion fought with Kiona when she tried to dominate him. he had no respect for the sled team, but always worked very hard to follow after his father.Was bought along with Name and Ashes to be a part of Kiona's sled team. He is still a member of the team.
Future: Will be in a fanfic that talks about his life before and after Kiona was around, and may get a mate.

History: Leonti became a sled dog at a very early age, he struggled keeping up with the rest of the team.
His team mates were very harsh and usually abused him if he kept the team from winning. The only friend he had
was the lead dog's daughter, Angel. She was a very sweet to him and never said a cruel word, unlike her father. Leonti
grew very fond of her, spending almost everyday with her. Angels father found out about Leonti being with his daughter and
forbade Angel to see him again. Leonti was crush, he knew very well he couldn't do a thing about it so he left the team and ran away.
After days of wandering, he came opon a little town called Nome, there he joined another team. Leonti worked very hard to prove to his
team that he was a good sled dog. All the hard work payed off when his team became the undefeted team of Nome. He became the lead
dog of his team. All his pride and glory went to his head, he began to bully his team mates and showed off to everyone else.



when he heard about the one-for-one race he joined in without hesitation, wanting the pretty prize more than anything. As he was racing
he came opon a small path leading deeper into the woods. Thinking it was a short cut, he bolted down the path unaware that a hungry bear was
a few miles in front of him. When he got the bear he froze with fear,the bear slashed Leonti across the face leaving a scar on his muzzle. A gray
blur jumped at the bear, she dug her teeth into his neck. The bear roared in pain and fell to the ground dead. The gray she-wolf walked over to
Leonti who sat there amazed of what just happened. He thought she was an angel. Her name was Storm
