The only thing that bothers me is that some of the animators occasionally criticize Balto's design by calling it cheap, overexaggerated, and too geometric. I am speaking mainly from the Balto/Janus contrasting sheet on deviantart. So what if Balto's style wasn't the most realistic in the world? He was made with a very simple, likeable style that made him a great character in a great movie. Wolf's style will work for Wolf, and Balto's style will work for Balto, enough said.
