Usernames

Because IMHO, offensive usernames is what I can relate with you all on. People who make names like "ihatebalto" or "#1kionahater" just for the sake of declaring their hatred for something rather pathetic, and I wouldn't think twice about banning someone with a name like that.

As for people who have the SAME username...I suppose you can call them copycats...it IS a trait to look down upon, but it's not anything I'd ding someone for.

This rant is about rude/offensive usernames. Sorry I havn't cleared that up sonner.

I remember back around 2004 when this site rarley had problems like this..when i think about it alot of things have changed... but as time changes just about every thing eles dose.

I was 'Tikaani' before I became 'Tikaani Spirit' and everyone was like' Oh, someone else has your name' and I was very disturbed, afraid that I might have taken someone's name, so I changed it. I think some of the people (like me) aren't aware another person has their name as welll until they start getting PMs talking about inside jokes one has never heard of. XD

but there are still those people who intend to make us angry and to ban them, all for attention. I only wished that instead of being a guest all those years that I had joined back when it was peaceful.

Well, on my other account I am "Caramello", which is fairly original xD I simply have this "Aleu Wolf Leader" account because I'm on a new computer and forgot Caramello's password. I'll get it soon, but at the moment I'm AWL.

But I can see where you're coming from with the offensive usernames =/ Some of those are sick, really.

I agree with you, Scarface is my favorite movie, video game, book and is also my nickname in real life. XD

I'm not really fond of names with numbers on the end, so I usually try to avoid using them, but I guess they're not horrible.

Made me laugh when I saw it. It was like "HOW UNORINGINAL!!!"...

Oh, and then one time someone took my 'Huskee' because they thought it was more 'manly' or something. I sent them a PM asking them to change it before I ate the two EE's off the end. XD!...

And I also notice there to be a lot of Maya's lately. o_0 It throws me off sometimes because someone will be calling one of the other 'maya's, Maya. Its like this user name is 'maya08' or something... It depresses me.

And some of these people who create usernames.... its... discusting. :lol:

This one person for their interests it was something about eloping(sp?) with other humans... I was like. "o_0 This is a Balto site, not a Dating service"....... <.<;

Some people just love to copy. Or are to lazy to make their own name. I sat down and made a list of user names. thats how I got mine.
