"But we love him anyway." piped up a small, meek voice from behind. There stood Tara, who had seemed to appear out of nowhere. She blinked and smiled, her hands clasped behind her back.

Tara hugged Chase around the waist (which was the highest place she could reach) and said, "It's okay, Chasie."

Tara giggled when Chase kissed the top of her head and looked up at him sweetly. She had known Chase since she was a baby, and he was the closest one to her out of any of the others in the group. Then, she turned around and looked at Damien, getting an idea. "Wanna come with us?" she asked innocently. "Ellis keeps saying he wants to talk to you."

Kyler laced her fingers through Damien's in an attempt to let him know that they shouldn't worry about Ellis. "It's alright." she assured casually. "He's just immature."
