Sadie nodded. The cave seemed to have some sort of evil lingering in it...honestly, it reeked of Ai to her, as if she was still inside. But she was compelled to believe Grant, though she hardly knew why. He seemed to be telling the truth...besides, Ai's scent wasn't fresh.

Sadie swiftly walked in before Rio or Grant could, her ears pricked and senses alert. The cave would've been dark, but faint sunlight filtered through the entrance, making most of the cave visible. It didn't seem to go too far in, and was actually quite cozy, if you weren't alone.

Rio Followed.

"Doesn't seem she is in here at all. Where would she be?" He said.

"Yeah, she moved pretty far from here, I can take you there if you want me to." Grant said.

Sadie nodded. "I would appreciate it. Thank you, Grant." Her tone was rather stiff and formal; it made it obvious the white wolfess wasn't willing to speak with him causually yet. It was hard to put her full trust and faith in a wolf who ahd tried to kill her more than once

"Okay, lets get out of this cave. This way." Grant said and pointed his nose out of the cave.

Rio whispered in Sadie's ear, "I hope he leads us the right way."

Sadie's amber eyes narrowed fractionally in concern, then her expression smoothed. "I doubt he will. he must know we are keeping an eye on him. Besides, I'm sure we could always pick up Ai's trail somewhere."

-------

Laika was in a rather large cave, placed next to her siblings. She moved from her huddled, trembling position to stand. "Why are we here?" she demanded, her voice only shaking slightly. Though she acted brave, she was terrified. She could guess, and none of her thoughts were good.

(Ooc:// I thought it may be a good idea to switch poitns of view for a while.)

"Yeah." Rio said.

---

Kyle was looking around. "Tell me, what do you want from us? What did we ever do to you?" He ashed, very skakily.

"You didn't personally do anything. It was your parents...Sadie, to be specific." Ai's expression darkened, though her tone remained smooth, and almost convincing.

"We're not accountable for whatever our Mom did! Why take us here?!" Laika demanded.

Juno, in his mind, was supposed to be the brave one. He managed a small, low growl that he felt proud of; it was one of his most intimidating ones.

"Just let us go!!! We don't deserve this!" Kyle screamed.

"Please! We are young! We don't need to go through this!" Michelle said.

"It's your parents that deserve this and have to go through with it, young pups. I apologize for any....ah, traumatic experiences you may go through beforehand. Sadie brought this upon you." It was obvious from her voice that Ai was smirking slightly.

"What the heck did our parents do? They are nice! They couldn't of done anything bad!" Kyle screamed at her.

"I wouldn't want to be responsible for fueling young pups' nightmares," Ai said.

"You just don't have a good reason to do this! That's why you won't tell us, because they haven't actually done anything bad!" Kyle kept on screaming.

Ai's eyes flashed. These pups were only a small part of her plan, yet they were already twisting her emotions and darkening her thoughts. They weren't even worth her time! A dark shadow fell over her face, and she barely contained a snarl. She was obviously truggling to conttrol herself, something that made the wolfess all the more menacing.

"If that is what you wish, pup, I will tell you!" she spat, a soft growl breaking into the sentence during the last few words.

Michelle whispered in Kyle's ears, "She might be lying about this! Don't listen to what she says."

"Okay, tell us then!" He said to her.

Ai grinned, her teeth looking like fangs, seeming to glitter with their own cold light. "Gladly."

"It was when Sadie was still fairly young, a runaway from her own tribe. She had been speaking with Rio, against the rules, of course. She was being a traitor; the two tribes where at war with one another, and betrayal on either side could mean numerous deaths. Sadie continued doing what she was doing, comepletely besmitten. She eventually ran away from her tribe, right when they needed her the most.

Sadie escaped with Rio to my tribe, where they sought shelter. Honestly, I fell in love with Rio. Sadie knew this, and she became jealous, even though she pretended to be innocent. I knew she would act soon, so I decided to make the first strike. I attacked her, mainly only hoping to frighten her, persuade her not to injure me.

She later told everyone I had tried to kill her, and I knew that she wouldn't rest until she proved that I was guilty, even though I wasn't. So I ran with Hiro and Grant, hoping that maybe this would all blow over. But later a battle came up. Sadie was in it, and Grant and Hiro attacked her, remembering what she had done to me. I tried to stop them, but they attacked anyways, injuring Sadie's neck. I saw the light fading in her eyes, but it was too late to do anything, so I left, hoping that maybe she would think better of me.

But recently, I've been watching Sadie. I've seen her...she's healed now, is she not? And in the perfect condition to retaliate against me for false actions. That is why she is coming after me now. I only took you so she woudl consider before attacking me. This way, we can strike an, ah...bargain, perhaps."
