((Gah! No!!!!!!! Why'd she die?!))

Cooper lifted his head from where he was sleeping when the feeling of something terrible hit him. He had become a bit quieter, now that the pups were there, him and Alaska had been seperated slowly, but he still loved her. He raced outside after hearing Angel and Saya, tears streaming down his face. "No! She's NOT dead!" He halted, when her scent flooded over him. It was his favorite scent, the scent of fresh summer honeysuckles. She lay on the ground, blood streaming from her neck, and when he bent to lick it away, her body was cold. Tilting his head back, he howled in agony and despair, and mourned at her body.

Ace slept uncomfortably that night. At first, he dreamed about the memory of Blue's death and the wolf he kept seeing. When, all at once, he had visions of his mother in the woods, with the same wolf biting her neck and her slowly sinking to the ground.

Butch walked down the stairs with Taya, once he heard that Alaska was dead, he was shocked, but once he heard that they needed a new alpha female, Butch thought for a minute, then showed himself. "What about you Saya? Who votes for Saya?" Asked Butch.

Cooper's ears were alert, guarding Alaska's body from all predators looking for an easy meal. He dug up a neat hole, and placed her body beside it, not yet ready to say goodbye. He headed slowly back to the Dog Haven, against his will. When he heard they were talking of a new Alpha female, he snarled. Jumping up onto his Alpha male chair, he growled at the dogs below. "I am still Alpha male, here. Though Alaska is... gone..." He held back teras of agony. "I will not replace her with another. I am sorry, but I will be Alpha male, without an Alpha female."

"What are you saying?" Cooper snapped, getting agitated for the first time in his life. "Sure, Alaska was Alpha female by herself for quite a while! I only need one or two years, then I'll resign, and probably go live with her..."

Tomoyo peeked from the window to see Cooper, she then heard Steele come out with Saya and she jumped into a bush "Erg.." She whispered as seh tried to move silently, but stepped on a stick.


Saya walked out with Steele, her eyes had lost their bright shine like they use to have.She then heard a stick and sh ejumped on the bush, snarling "What do you want?" She asked, her eye slike daggers.

"I'm Tomoyo...I'm looking for a pack..and I heard you guys take in select dogs...and wolves." She said the last part like it had speical meaning to it."Well...c'mon." Saya brought her in "Act cute...and nice..and behave." She whispered to Tomoyo who looked up at Cooper's anguished face.

Cooper was so distraught, he barely noticed the pup staring up at him. When he saw her, he studied her. She was all a beautiful gray color, with black ear tips, and she was about the same age as Ace. "Who is this?" He asked, not snapping at the pup to get out as he would an older canine.

((ok, well can someone tell em whats going on?)

ooc: well, Alaska has been killed, and Butch and Taya are now mates and are expecing pups, Cooper has decided to run the dog haven alone without and alpha female, and Tomoyo comes looking for a pack. Thats pretty much it...There`s not much.
