Cachen giggled and ran over to the rest of his family. "So did we miss anything?" he asked, cocking his head.
"I love all my family." said Lenatei. "The only regrate I have is the other pups never really got to enjoy life on Earth, that's part of the reason we're sent to Earth...in Heaven everyone is already friends, so you never get the experience of making a new one and you can't have a child in Heaven, their spirit would already be there, so you never experience seeing your child after giving birth to them...that's why I think we're sent into the world, to experience those things."

Katie listened intently, her eyelids beginning to droop. "After experiencing the pain of giving a creature new life...That sounds good about now." she joked, laughing lightly. "The poor creatures who don't have children..."

"Did anything happen besides that?" asked Cachen, curious, he was a curious pup by nature, so he wanted to make sure.
Lenatei nodded. "I know, even the fathers get the good feeling of seeing their baby for the first time." she said, smiling. "And that makes a big diffrence." she said. "Even though Goldie wasn't Steele's biological daughter, look what having her did for him...hmm maybe we should get Niju to have kids." she joked.

"For you espically Cachen." said Lenatei. "But you know, sometimes a soul doesn't pass from Earth, become a spirit guide, or an angel." she said.

Cachen wagged his tail. "Really?! Mommas gonna get away?! That's great!" he said, running around, happy.
"Because I was a very good wolf in life, but what I'm talking about is when someone's spirit stays behind without becoming an angel or spirit guide." said Lenatei. "When someone dies but isn't ready to move on, for example say a mother still wanted to raise their child, they might not move on, they'd remain on Earth in spirit, as what humans would call a ghost."

Katie nodded, raising her eyebrows. "Oh, you mean they cannot accept what has happened to them either form shock or the fact that the do not have peace in their souls and must finish business in the world of the living?" she smirked, happy she knew so much.

"Come on Kai." said Fang, smiling to the pup he seemed most like an uncle to, in his eyes.
"Pretty much." said Lenatei. "So their souls are not ready to pass on." she said. "I didn't want to leave you but I accepted my time was done and your father could raise you." she said. "And I was right, but if say I didn't have Bashkei, I probably wouldn't have moved on."

Bashkei nodded, starting to walk, once more looking back to make sure Tai was alright. "Poor girl..." he said, remembering when his brother first began to realize his power. It was frightened Bashkei when he was young.
Goldie smiled wide, loving to see Cachen so happy. "That's great news, Cachen!"
Katie smiled, laying her head down fully. "Good, I don't think I could stand perfection."
