Furahi drank some water, and walked to Mto the laid down pulling Mto close to her, "Their names are Envy and Kejeli," she said, "Kejeli she's the scarred lioness, she got into a fight with one of the outlanders and lost, as punishment, she had to lose an ear," she said, "And Envy, she is loyal to Zira, she always has been, and is a fierce fighter when need be," Furahi the looked around just in case, "One thing you need to know about both of them...when their together they make a great team, Envy is the only one that has ever managed to control Kejeli's anger, other than Zira," then a thought occured to Furahi, "Mto, I think they're planning on this whole thing, I believe they are being used to spark anger in the pride, which will cause them to go to war."

Mto shivered on the explanatory of the two. "Know, I can always help you out and watching them, like from a distance, I got a good hearing radius." She explained. "I can hear nearly the lightest whisper, as long as i am at least 2 feet away."

Furahi looked down at Mto, "2 feet that's pretty close, but then agin you are still just a cub, your hearing will grow even more when you get older," she said, "And I'd apperciate you helping me, you can be my eyes and ears, just in case I fall asleep on the job, but for now we can sleep," she said, resting her down next to Mto. "Perhaps you should too, then that way we have our well earned rest."

Simba sighed. "...But I'm not a killer...yes, I hunt but...murdering someone else, it just sickens me to think about..." he said, conflicted. "And Zira is Kovu and Vitani's mother...how could I ever look at either of them again if I killed her?"

Mto yawned when Furahi set her head down. "Yes, i guess you are right. I am starting to get tired again." she said and lay down on her side and curled up next to Furahi. She was then, soon fast asleep.

Furahi smiled as she saw from the corner of her eye that Mto was curled up against her, "Good-night little one," she said, finally able to close her eyes.

"Well Simba it's your choice, I can't stop from your destiny," Nala began, "But it's either kill her or banish her again, and if we banish her then she'll just keep coming back."

Morning had breached, the blue sky came in, then a orange glow peaked over the land. Showing up pride rock as the sun slowly slid down the path of it. Mto, out of all the Lions. Woke up first thing. She noticed, then remembered. That she was sleeping by Furahi. She set her head down and waited for more lions, and lionesses to wake up.

Furahi slowly begun to slowly wake up, she remembered that some time during the night that both her and Mto went to the water hole to drink and shortly there after fell asleep, for a little while Furahi and Mto slept, then Furahi woke up late at night and carried Mto gently back to Pride Rock, but forgot to put her back with Kiara and Kovu, she just set her down in her spot, and let her sleep with her. her eyes fully open, she yawned and wanted to stretch but didn't want to wake Mto who was already awake, she looked down at Mto, "Hey Mto, time to wake up, it's morning and time for me and the other lionesses to catch breakfast.

Mto looked up at Furahi and smiled at her. "Can I come?" she asked swaying her tail lightly on the ground.

"Now I may be your big sister, but that's not up to me, it's up to Kiara, if I were taking care of you then I would say by all means," she said, she then looked at Kiara, "Go on over to her and wake her up, I'll be waiting outside for the others." she said getting up and stretching her body.

Mto nodded and stood up to trot into the den, and that is what she did. She totted over to Kiara and nudged her head a few times to try to wake her up.

Kiara yawned and saw the small cub. "Oh, good morning Mto," she said, knowing the situation still, but not wanting to frighten her adopted daughter. She nuzzled Mto softly. "How are you?"
