"I suck at dancing, I never dance, you are trying to force me out there, we're in a crowd, and everyone is staring. Now let me go!"

"No!" Zero said, trying to twist out of Slick's grip.

Zero soon slipped out of his collar that Slick was keeping a grip on and attempted to flee.

A Border Collie stepped in front of Zero before he could and she asked him, "Would you like to dance with me? I can show you how."

Slick snickered, then waited to see what Zero would say.

"Uh..." Zero was caught by surprise. Feeling naked without his collar, he snatched it from Slick and shoved it back around his neck.

"Oh shut it..." Zero grumbled to Slick.

"So? Would you like to dance? " the Collie asked Zero, "It's really easy, but if you still don't that's quite alright."

"Er... Alright..." Zero said shyly.

Slick watching them, sneaked over to the music player and innocently switched it to a slow song.

"Here, " the Collie took Zero's paw and led him out to the dance floor, "The steps are easy, like this." She danced a slow dance, with smooth motions, back and forth, then turned to him "Now you try."

Zero cast a quick glare at Slick before looking back at the Collie, and slowly tried the dance. His legs were shaking nervously.

"Don't worry about being nervous," she said, "My owner, is a dance instructor, so I have it easy, and just think, if you have a special friend how surprised and happy she might be when you show her you can dance hmm? By the way, my name, is Elise." she softly moved her paw over Zero's to keep it from shaking.
