Tai nodded very slowly, eyes shut tight. "Ugh," she groaned.
Mr. simpson nodded, grabbing gloves and wet cloths once more, cleaning out Fang's eyes first.
Kodi shook his in confusion. "Very VERY bad odds, Dad."
Jenna gave a soft chuckle, patting Lena on the head.

Fang let out a sigh of relief. He smiled to Mr. Samson, happy that he was such a good musher, Fang was glad to have a caring musher.
"I agree." said Balto. "I haven't been skunked in a few years though." he said. "I forgot how terrible it stinks."
Lena nodded. "I can't move you out of the way of the skunk ether which is why I only could get your bandana." she said. She covered her nose. "Hows your nose feel?"
Cachen heard Lena and got his own bandana that had been taken off when Lena got sprayed and put it on, tieing it around his nose. "That does help." he said, smiling.

"Numb, but my nose is fine." Jenna said, shaking her head a moment. "Right now what we should all do is try to sleep."
Mr. Simpson gave a light smile, gently wiping any excess dampness from Fang's eyes, petting him on the head before moving onto Kodi.
Kodi shook his head lightly as his musher put the damp cloth to his eyes. "Lucky you, Dad."
"Does it now?" asked Kai,ears pinned back lightly.

Fang looked to Tai. "You ok Tai?"
Lena nodded. "I don't know how unless we glue our paws over our noses."
"Well I'm not used to this." said Balto. "How about you Kodi?"
"Yeah actuelly." said Cachen. "I have good ideas sometimes."

Kodi shook his head once more, watching his mucher leave and begin on Balto. "No, not really, Dad."
Jenna nodded. "I know, but we need to at least try. Otherwise we'll be too tired to run"
Kai nodded, beginning to curl up, paws still over his nose.

"Come on, lets get some sleep." said Fang. He curled up, keeping his paws on his nose.
Balto let his eyes be cleaned, it felt good.
"I'll try." said Lena, go over to Kodi and curling up, burying her nose in his fur.
Cachen curled up and tried to fall asleep.

Tai nodded, curling up by Fang and trying to fall asleep
Mr. Simpson went about the small camp, cleaning out the dog's eyes with a gentle sigh before he got up, and sitting comfortably by the fire.
Jenna walked next to Balto, laying down by him paws.
Kai laid down by Cachen, keepign him warm.
Kodi smiled, lightloy wrapping around his daughter.

Balto laid his head on Jenna's back. He laid a paw across her nose. "That help?"
Fang smiled at Tai. "Good night."
"Papa, I'm sorry I got everyone skunked, the skunks might not of gotten so mad if I hadn't fallen in the bush." said Lena.
"Night bro." said Cachen.

Lena nodded. "Thank you papa." she said. "This really stinks." she muttered.
"Tai, I miss momma right about now, she always knew what to do when this happened." said Cachen, begining to look sad.

Kai shook his head, sad for his two younger siblings.

Lena nuzzled Kodi. "Well that will be over tomarrow." she said. "Good night papa, goodnight Cachen, goodnight Kai, goodnight Tai, goodnight Grandpa, goodnight grandma, goodnight Fang." she said after hearing Cachen.

Morning came rather quickly, Mr. Simpson getting up slowly. Once more smelling the grouped stench of the dogs form the previous night, he began to hastily rummage through the supplies, four very large tubs of tomato juice would be taken out with a heaving groan.
