Copper, what was your reaction to wake up and find Taya missing. Then find out that Steele took her?


Taya, when did Steele abandon you and your mother, and how did you feel when you found it out?

Luna: Let me put it this way: I never knew he could kiss like that.
Toby: I've said it before: a good dog is always full of surprises.

Toby <-- What activities do you usually do with Charlie, besides pulling the sled.

Luna <-- On your first date with Toby, what activity did you like best? Seeing the sunrise (it was a very BRIGHT idea Toby), going to the crystal cave (sorry if I get that wrong, it`s been a while since I`ve read any fanfics) or walking along the beach with him when he "pushed" you in. (*glares at Pete*)

Toby: Well now that he can walk, we do all kinds of things his mom wouldn't let him try before. Tug-of-war, fetch... you know, usual things kids do with their dogs.

Luna: I think the whole day went together really nicely, but dinner I think was the most fun. Either that or the ice cave, because both of them had a nice element of surprise, which I like. But reallythe best part was Toby. Through the whole thing he was a real gentlehound, and that really made it for me.

Dragon Tamer- This is my first time on the forums so let me just say that I love everything that you've written. You've really created original characters that write themselves and that are always enjoyable to read about, and for that I tip my hat to you. Bravo and never stop writing.

My question is for Pete. When Toby sent Violet over to you how long did it take for you to scare her off? I'm guessing a matter of minutes. And what on earth did you say?

Pete: Five minutes. And what I said... let's just say it wasn't good.

Violet: Would you like to coment on that?

Pete: Earlier someone was asking about favorite songs. Have you ever heard the song "Frantic" by Metallica. I think it's really relevent to your new attitude.

This question is for everyone in Toby's family: Are you guys sports fans and if so do you have a sports team like the Rays or the D'backs, or the Rex Sox?

Luna: Now that Pete has had a change of heart, would you trust him with your childern. Earlier you said that only Steele was ahead of him in people you wouldn't trust your kids to.

Violet: [glares at Pete] No. The day I even talk to that creep is the day I eat my tail.
Toby: (under his breath, to Luna) Does the story of the unforgiving servant come to mind?


Pete: I hadn't heard of it, but DT looked up the lyrics for me. Yeah, it kinda fits.


Toby: The whos or the whats?
Luna: Don't look at me. The only sport I know is that Akita down the street.
Dragon Tamer: I don't think baseball, letalone major league baseball, was around back then (I'm no sports expert, so it might have been). But from a dog's perspective, who wants to watch people throwing and chasing a ball around? They might enjoy the game if they got to be fielders.


Luna: It's not the easiest thing in the world, but yes, I do trust him. After all, he is their uncle.
Toby: And he's definitely proven himself.

For the record Baseball was invented in 1870's and during the 1920's when Balto was around Babe Ruth was playing for the Red Sox and later the Yankees.

Pete: You're right. The song speaks alot about choices and how they determine where they've led us. Here's my question: I know you're master is a hunter. Do the two of you have any hunting trophies like a deer trophy or an elk or moose?

Terry: This is going to sound like a weird question, but who did you have the most difficult time giving birth to, Pete or Toby and do you think that any difficulty might have foreshadowed their futrue behaviour?

Rex: I saw a video on the web of a dog that had been fed beer and was a little loopy which made me wonder, does your police force ever have to bust dogs around town for drunkness?

Dragon Tamer: Well, I said I wasn't a sports expert. But I guess I should take my lumps. You got me.


Pete: A few, although up here we ain't much about sport hunting. We mostly hunt for meat to eat and hides to trade, maybe collect the odd bounty on a bear or whatever. We sometimes keep antlers or bear claws or whatever, but up here you don't waste much on decorating.


Terry: It's harder the first time, so Pete was harder. I don't know if that really says anything about how they turned out or not.


Rex: Not that I can recall, which I'd say I'm very glad for. I've seen men get drunk, and it shouldn't happen to a dog.

Rex: As chief what are some of your duties. Do you do alot of field work, or do you work back at the station more.

Toby: When the puppies grow-up do you see yourself going on any big adventures and seeing the world (although raising kids that you and Luna had are probally adventure enough)?

Pete's owner (I don't remember if you gave him a name): Have you noticed any changes in Pete's behaviour around the house, and what do you think is the cause of this. (I'm assuming he knows nothing of Toby and the rest.)

Arrow: How did you take the news that Pete was not dead? I seem to recall no one mentioning you at the end of Part 13.

Pete: I know how your relationship has changed with Toby, your mother, Rex, and Trixie. What was the town's opinion of you before your change of heart and how is it changing now that you yourself have undergone such change. Furthermore, what is Exile's attitude toward you and his daughter dating? (If DT would like to Exile's opinion in his own words that would be great.)

Finally, for everyone: What is your favorite drink? Mine is a regular cup of coffe with hazelnut cream?

Rex: Mostly station work, if one can call my home the station. As you know, I'm ill-suited to Nome's weather, so I rarely go out unless tracking is called for.


Toby: Oh, we don't have any definite plans.
Luna: But odds are it's not going to be boring for long.


Ipiktok: (no name before now) Yes, he has changed somewhat. I notice he's less agressive, and when he's outside I hardly, if ever, have to pull him away from fights or females. I can't figure for the life of me why, though.


Arrow: I was really glad when I found out. I like it when someone gets a second chance, especially if they're really willing to put their heart in it.


Pete: Outside of the gang I used to hang with, I really didn't care what people thought of me except if it had something to do with whatever chick I had my eye on.
Exile: It's remarks like that that tend to make me uneasy. I admire the change that;s happened in him, but I still have some misgivings about him dating my daughter. But I've laid out the ground rules for them, and as long as they stick to those rules I trust my daughter's choice. He saved her life, after all, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.


Toby: Water.
Luna: Water.
Arrow: Water.

Dragon Tamer: I'm not picky, but I do like a nice glass of root beer now and then.
