"Good idea, but when he is he never around Ashley?" Lacey asked. James looked to Kelly and then leaned up against the bars.

"What? I don't know what he's talking about." Kelly said to James. "If we get out of here, I'll remind you." Max told her. "We could always get them away from each other." Emma said, "Make up a lie or something."

"I'm not good at telling lies," Lacey said to Emma. James looked to Max, "Yeah if we get out," James said to Max.

"I am. You follow me. Come on." Emma said, climbing off the bed and heading out of the room, down the hall to where Max's room was. She knocked on the open door before walking in. "Um, Ashley? Giles needs to talk to you. he's down in the basement, sifting through books." Emma lied. Ashley glanced at Dean and then looked at Emma. "In the basement?" She said. Emma nodded. "I'll be right back." She sighed, standing up and leaving the room. Emma turned around and faced Lacey, grinning. "You're up." She whispered. "We'll get out." Max said.

Dean watched Ashley go, he then looked to Lacey and Emma, "You found Lacey," he said to Emma. "I didn't know I was lost," Lacey said. She then walked in the room, "What were you doing with Jaz?" Lacey asked Dean.

"Yeah, I found her. But I'll be in the kitchen, Lacey. I'm kinda hungry." Emma replied. She then headed out of the room and downstairs to the kitchen. Ashley went down to the basement. "Giles?" She called, looking around for him. "Yeah but I'd like that to be sometime this month." Kelly replied. "Don't worry. I have a plan." Max told them. "How can you be sure it's his?" The Dark Master asked Ruby.

"I kinda over heard his thoughts," Ruby said to the Master. "Oh right, and what is your plan?" James asked. "We just talked about certain things," Dean said to Lacey. "Dean, I'm old enough now that I can understand things. But what I can't understand is that I saw you and Jaz kissing," Lacey said to Dean. "It wasn't a long kiss and it didn't mean anything," Dean said to Lacey.

"I can't say, but I have one. Trust me." Max smirked. "Good. Bring them all out in an hour." He replied. Ashley shrugged and headed back to the main floor. She walked into the kitchen and saw Emma eating at the table. "Hey, where's Giles? I thought he wanted to see me?" Ashley asked, taking a seat across the table from her. "No, I kinda lied about that." Emma said, looking up at Ashley. "Why?" She asked her. "Lacey wanted to talk with Dean alone." Emma said. "Oh. Do you know what it was about?" Ashley asked. Emma shook her head. "She didn't tell me."

"Yes sir," Ruby replied. James nodded, "I always was a fan of your plans Max," James said to Max.

"You'll be a major player in this one." Max told him. "And what about me?" Kelly asked Max. "Don't worry, you have your part too." he said.

"Oh boy, what do I do?" James asked Max. "There has to be more Dean," Lacey said to Dean.

"Well it involves being a D.A." Max told him. Kelly looked at Max. She was confused.

"Wait! Rewind. What is a D.A?" Kelly asked them. "Wouldn't you like to know." Max smirked. "I hate you." She told him.
