In the next few days, Sauda was amazed at what speed Sayari grew. One morning, she was awakened by a tiny voice waking her. "Mom! Mom! Get up!"

Sauda rolled her eyes. "At the crack of dawn too." she yawned. Sayari pushed her awake again. "I'm awake, Sayari! I'm awake!" she raised her voice as the little cub continued to chatter at top speed.

Sauda gave Sayari a little push with her nose. She watched proudly as her cubs padded behind their father. My, how they've grown.

Sauda quietly grinned as her cubs chattered away to their father. I wonder if I should tell him that I'm pregnant again. she thought, feeling the movement of little cubs inside her belly.
