She sighed, and then grunted. "Well, thanks, but my real parents where never that loving. I was apperently some mutant," She said, flcking her blue-tipped ears back and forth.

Duke huffed. "Well they're just morons then," he said. "Cause there isn't a thing wrong with you."

Warbler blushed, and looked down to her shuffling paws. "Um, well, thanks Duck-I mean Duke!" She quickly corrected herself.

Duke nodded and smiled. He perked and looked over to the brush where Prince was slinking over.

Warbler looked over at Prince and jumped up to go greet him. She crouched down in her submissive position, her tail wagging furiously. She kept licking his chin, and wagging her tail so hard her whole butt wiggled.

"Morning to you too," Prince chuckled, flicking his tail to the side.

"Where did you gooo?" She asked, wagging her tail, flopping down happily under his stomach pushing up her paws.

Prince laughed as her paws were tickling him.
"For a walk," he laughed, springing away. "Down to the stream is all."

Warbler growled angrily, but also jokingly. "But you promised you'd never leave in the middle of the morning without me!" she barked unhappily, pouting.

"You had Duke," Prince pointed out. "aaand i had to go see someone. It was important. It's not like i was going to be gone for the whole day."

Warbler rolled her eyes. "But...You should've told me..If princey had come and...Who'd you go see?" She asked, getting confused on her own words.

"If Princey would have come i would have dealt with him," Prince stated bluntly. "And...just a friend."

Warbler bounced up when Prince said 'just a friend'. "Oh! Can I meet him- er...Her?" She woofed, bouncing up and down.

Prince flicked an ear.
"He's a he." Prince corrected. "And i dunno.."

Warbler wiggled in excitment, the dog in her making her whole body shake. "Pleeease?" She begged.
