Tigerstar watched with a grin on his face.

Silverclaw yowled with pain as claws flew across her eyes, but she grapped her scruff and held on.

Twisting her body in a painful position, Rainstorm managed to claw the silver she-cat's stomach.

Silverclaw yowled and backed away. She felt claws rake her back, and looked up to see amber eyes gazing down at her, and a dark tabby body with her blood on his claw. "Always be prepared." he said.

Rainstorm took a step back from the tom, hissing in disgust, as if being close to him would be enough to make her sick.

Silverclaw struggled to get up. She suddenly woke up with a startled yowl.

Rainstorm blinked,a nd when she opened her eyes, she found herself awake, in the warrior's den. Her flank stung, and was warm and wet. She looked at it, surpressing a gasp as she saw the three lines where Silverclaw had clawed her. She licked it clean, hating the salty, metallic taste.

Silverclaw yawned and got up, as she was on the dawn patrol. She padded out of the den, and heard a warrior gasp. She looked behind her to see a trail of blood behind her, and a puddle of it in her nest. She stared at, wide eyed.

Tigerheart, a warrior from RiverClan, saw Rainstorm's flank, and gasped. "Here, let me help you." he offered.

"I'm fine," Rainstorm replied. "I'll just go see the medicine cat," she added.

"Okay." the tom said.

Dustfur, the RiverClan medicine cat, slept in his den.

Silverclaw padded to the medicene den.

"Dustfur?" Rainstorm called out softly. She could hear his steady, even breaths easily, a sure sign he was asleep.

Poppytail looked up as the silver she-cat padded into her den. "What happened, Silverclaw?" she gasped, her observant green eyes immediatly noticing the blood dripping from her stomach, back, and other places.

Dustfur rose his head to see Rainstorm's dripping flank. "What did you do?" the brown tom asked.

Silverclaw looked down nervously at her paws. "I-I don't know."

"I'm not sure," Rainstorm said, the small lie slipping easily and convincingly from her mouth. "I guess I must have scraped against the walls or something while asleep." It could happen. It was obvious that most of the walls were made from brambles, or at least had some on it.

Silverclaw continued looking down at her paws. "Can you do something for my belly?"

Dustfur had amusment in his eyes. "Silly she-cat." he said, and put some cobwebs on the wound.
