Ruger ran ahead of Calico and stopped, blocking her way. He looked at Calico and said "Then, let's us start a new, together. No more picking on other dogs. Please, Calico. When I take what is rightfully mine, I will have to exile you from the town if you keep this up. I have changed my all of my ways because of you, for you. Can't you do the same?"

Calico sighed as she listneed to Ruger speak. His words were so meaningful, as he was to her. "I guess."

Ruger smiled lovingly at Calico and licked her muzzle. He whispered into her ear "Thank you. That means so much to me."

"I know it does Ruger. But what about humans?" Calico asked.

Ruger smiled and said "The humans are open ground. We can do whatever we like to them unless you change my mind."

"Nope. I've always been aginst humans eversince what they did to my sister, Storm." Calico said.

Ruger growled aggressively and said "What happened to her?"

"Well, me, Turbo, and Storm were all pups. We were just messing around, ya know, playing in town. Suddenly we heard a gunshot in the middle of town. Turbo stood protectivly in front of me and Storm. I saw Turbo fall to the ground, but was still alive. I figured he was just shot with a tranquizler. Me and Storm dashed. I got seperated from her. Then I herad a loud yelp. I saw Turbo getting up and running towards me. I looked aroud from where the yelp came from. I saw them tieing Storm up in a shed. Me and Turbo snuck to the window of the shed, and managed to look in. The man had shot Storm, as she was lieing dead on the floor." Calico said.

Ruger growled very aggressively and said "Blood must be payed in blood. You will show me where this took place and I will track down this f*****g human and kill it."

Calico shrugged. "We were only about 9 weeks old. It happened about two years ago, theres no way it would be possible to tra the same human down." Calico said.

Ruger smiled and said "You don't know the origins of my father do you?"

"No." Calico said.

Ruger sighed and said "I didn't think you would know. Your father was very jealous of my father. I was told that by my mother. My father, you see, was part wolf. His mother was a wolf and his father was pure Black Lab. And I look like a black lab but I am a fourth part wolf. My senses and everything is better than a normal dogs. I am a wolf-dog but I prefer a Black Lab and I am a Black Lab. Well, three fourths of me is, anyways. I should have told you earlier. Don't get mad at me. And I think there will be faint traces of the human in the place where your sister died."

Calico sighed. "Well, then how did my father become leader?"

Ruger sighed and said "Well, I am not sure but you are fit to be a leader but not your father. If I have to guess, then he ceased the position by brute strength. I just know that when my mother came back to the pack when my father was killed, your father chased her away and told her not to come back to his pack."
