"So you are not five?" Mishka questioned, hoping to change the subject.

Angel looks at him."Nope....How old are you?I will tell you how old I am."

Mishka grimaced. "Fine. I'm between thirty-three and frothy-five in humans' years," he barked. "And you?"

Angel looks at him..."I'm small for my age but 32..."

Mishka's eyes went wide. "R-really?"

Angel looks at him."Yep."

The borzoi was still in disbelief. She looked so young!

Nightingale stumbled upon Hailey still in the snow. The other husky didn't want to start a fight with her, so Night left her alone.

Angel looks at him."No joke."

"Well," the borzoi finally said. "It is good you still look young."
He looked down at Angel. "What is your name?"

Night growled at herself for leaving Mishka and went back to him. She saw him talking with another dog, the same one she had cashed a few days earlier. The husky narrowed her eyes at them and slowly crept to the other dogs.

Angel looks at him."Angel...And it is a good thing..I guess."

"So you're talking to the pooch I cashed now, Mishka?"
Nightingale walked between Angel and her ex mate. "I thought you were much better than that." She added emphasis on "That" as she looked at Angel.

Angel looks at Night. She pins her ears back.

The older husky snarled and attempted to sink her teeth into Angel when Mishka grabbed her the the scruff. "Stop," was the low order issued from the borzoi.

Angel backed up.

Nightingale gave into submission and lied down Spinx-style in the melting snow. Mishka let her go and walked over to Angel in a protective stance. "She will not hurt you," he told her.
