Slyth watched his brother for a minute then went and layed back down in the corner. How sleepy he was didn't matter. He couldn't sleep a wink. He was to curious to know about the results of Storm's blood sample

The doctor gasped. Wide eyed as he stared into his microscope. He'd never seen something like this before.
At least, not in DOG blood. He felt very bad for the unfortunate young pup.

The doctor was now searching his files for anything on the cure for the rare disease. It was a nonpainfull one, but it caused the host frequent frights and possibly permanent damage.
Those who recovered, only after surgery, were usually very shaky afterwords. But this was the first dog he'd ever seen with this disease

Blitz lay on an examining table in the next room of the hospital. Though she was indeed half wolf, her mother's owner, a prominent sled dog racer, had seen the father run and had decided to take in she and her siblings, in the hopes that they would carry the same trait. She had come into the hospital that day for the standard check up she needed every year and her shots.
Finished with her medical business, she hopped down from the table as the nurse held the door open for her and perked her ears up curiously, listening for more sound from the next room. She had heard the commotion before and wondered what was going on. 'Probably just another dog who doesn't like to put up with shots,' she thought dismally to herself, but nevertheless, felt curious. When the nurse wasn't looking, she pushed the door to Storm's room open with her nose and padded in quietly, peering around. "Everything okay in here? Sounded like someone was dying just a little while ago." She grinned at the joke and awaited a response.

Slyth looked up. It wasn't another vet, it was a dog. "um, hay" Slyth started, "its just my brother. He was acting odd after he got a blood sample" Slyht explained.
"And what are you doing storm?" he added
He was intrigued by this new comer. She seemed familiar. where have i seen her before? he wondered.

Blitz raised a brow and walked in a little further, guessing they hadn't heard her since she hadn't gotten a response. "Hi there, I'm Blitz," she said in a friendly, casual tone. She peered at both of them carefully, recognizing some of their features, though she wasn't sure she'd seen the younger one before. She focused more on the older one and realization came onto her face. "Hey, you're Balto's son aren't you? Slyth isn't it?" Her tail wagged behind her in a friendly manner and she seated herself where she had stood. "Soo...what's going on in here? I heard a lot of noise earlier."

Supposing she hadn't heard him he started to repeat what he said but then she said his name. Surprised he had to swallow to speak again. "Hay! yea that's me. and what you heard was just my brother. He was acting odd after he got a blood sample" Slyht explained. "you seem familar too" Slyth finished.

Storm didnt trust this new face, she had just appeared out of nowhere, but then again storm was not himself right now.
