"Marco," Terra sobbed. "This isn't you! Just stop! We can help you, you just have to at least try and cooperate! We don't want to hurt you-"

Marco listened to what she had to say, then, on her last sentence, he flared up again and whacked her with his arm, sending her flying back onto the road and crashing into a parked truck.

Shiro ran forward and flung out his claws, holding one hand at Marco's throat and yelling in anger, "Look, pal! You don't like me, I don't like you, but just listen! We're trying to help you here, so calm down or I'll slit your throat!":

Jarret took the oppertunity to use the Luna Shootless on Marco, however, instead of simply curing him of the rage, the Chaos Organisms seperated and formed into a seperate Werehog creature, much darker and completely feral, while Marco didn't turn back, though he was free from the rage. Jarret looked to the cops. "Now open fire on the evil looking one, its responsable for this!" he said.

Malic materilized. "Intresting." he said, looking Marco over. "It appears that the Werehog power, being one of Sonic's actuel powers in one of his games, was unlocked by this, you now control it."

"What are you talking-" Marco began, but as he looked at his hands and how they've grown along with claws, his now yellow and red eyes widened and he gasped, feeling his long fangs slide against his mouth. "What's happened to me?! And why is Predator... never mind." He was looking down at Shiro with his claws pinned to Marco's throat.

"I was only trying to knock some sense into you!" Shiro scolded. "And after what you did to Terra-" he cut himself off, then said, "Terra!" and retracted his claws, running over to where she lay, motionless. He shook her; she had returned to her human form. "She's unconscious!" Shiro called back to them, suddenly angry. "Great job, Marco!"

Sally sighed. "Predator, shut up." she said. "Its not Marco's fault, he wasn't in control of his actions."

"Do not worry Marco, you'll return to normal at daybreak, and I can probably make it so you have more control of this transformation." said Malic.

Jarret was meanwhile fighting the Chaos Werehog. "Guys! I could use some help!" he yelled, fighting it.

"Enters dramatically!" cries Ronno as he flies into the Werehog, hitting it in the stomach.

Brooke appears out of nowhere, clawing the Werehog's face and neck. "Take this!" She exclaimed as she kicked the Werehog in the back of the head with her high-heeled shoes.

Meanwhile, Shiro is trying to revive Terra, but she's not moving, and her pulse is very faint. "Come on, Terra..." Shiro whispers over and over. "Must've had a major blow to the head." he confirmed, still in a whisper. He rolled her onto her back and placed his hands over her heart and pushed repeatedly, trying to get her awake again, but her heart rate was slowly declining. "Don't die... please don't die..." Shiro whisper again.

Jarret kicked it back as well. "This thing is tough." he said.

Sally ran over and channeled an electric eel. She pushed Shiro back and put her hands on Terra's chest. "Clear!" she said, sending a jolt of electricity into Terra's heart, like one of those electric things doctors used to restart someone's heart. She moved so Shiro could check her pulse.

Shiro felt a wave of relaxation come over him when Sally came over to help him save Terra. He quickly checked her pulse again and he noticed that it was steadily increasing, but not by much. "Her heart rate's going up, but there's no way she's going to be able to fight at least until tomorrow. I'll get her back to the lab." Shiro then picked up Terra and whistled for Ronno to come over, which he did in a flash. "Ronno," Shiro instructed, "Take me and Terra back to the lab, so I'll be there to monitor her heart rate. Ok, boy?"

Ronno nodded and put Terra on his back, then he flew up and bit the back of Shiro's jacket, then lifted them both into the air, flying away with greater speed than Ronno had before.

Jarret motioned for Brook to move out of the way. He put his arms forwards, a ball of fire forming in front of his hands. He drew them slowly towards his sides, the ball growing in size, aiming at the Werehog.

Sally went to Marco. "Marco, none of this is your fault, its the Chaos Organisms, they controled you, the cops and news know that."

"I'm sorry." Marco said, hanging his head. "If I had been more careful before I was infected..." but then, he stopped talking and angrily looked at the Werehog, then roared and charged at him.

Jarret dispererced the Promence Ball. "Well I guess he needs to blow off steam."

"Now looks like a good time to deploy." said Driscoll, sending out a small army of robots towards the group.

Jack looked. "Uh guys, we've got a new problem! Robot alert!"

"Great!" said Marco as he wrestled the werehog. "I'm a little busy!" he said, hinting that they should go fight the robots.

Meanwhile, Shiro was at the lab with Terra monitoring her pulse. "Girls must be fragile." he whispered to himself.

Marco got an instant idea. Since in his beast form he was stronger, he picked up the werehog and threw it at the robots, knocking out a bunch of them. "Strike!" he exclaimed.

Ronno then flew in at that moment, catching the werehog in midair, then throwing it again, knocking out even more robots.

Jarret just started punched the robots till they exploded.

Jack did the same, Sall channeled a rhino and rammed them down.

As Shiro was about to check Terra's pulse, he noticed that it had almost completely stopped. "What?" Shiro breathed, puzzled. Then he said in disbelief, "No! She's not dying!" But she was, and he knew it. He tried pumping her heart again, but nothing was working. He tried everything he saw on ER, but her pulse was still as low as the shallow end of a pool. For the first time in weeks, Shiro felt tears running down his face. "Terra, no..."
