((Dusty used to like Shadow, but now dusty is only shadows friend. Just read my post))

Dusty waded into the healing water, and swam slowly with a content sigh. Her dream had told her that, although seh ahd thought she had loved Shadow, it had only been because he was the first wolf she had trusted in a long time. Dusty went through the cave, back thorugh the twists and turns, and back through the waterfall. She had left the healing-place, but she still felt full of energy. She ran back into the forest, and hunted, her eyes shining happily and her tongue lolling out.

Shadow noticed Dusty was gone, and got up, amazingly he ddint falll over, if he did, he felt as he could get right back up. he felt so strong,t hat he could take on the world, and if someone got in his way, he would just say, "Come along for the walk or just get out of my way." So he trampled on, walking, more like limping, a ona mission to fid the wolf that saved his life, Dusty. He walked on furtehr, not finding her, but he found her pawprints. He followed them, leading him to the wolf, Dusty.

"I have to go." Shadow replied. Just 4 words, maybe the last ones Dusty would hear from him. He started to run.

Ooc:I have to drop out. I have to many rps to keep track of. Some one can take over my three characters.

Ooc: The pack alphas, and Blackbird - I could be them, i suppose, but if someone else wants to play one of them, they can. That way we could have each person maybe take on one character or something, i dunno, I'll just be the characters for now, i suppose.

Dusty felt all hope of seeing Shadow again draining from her, as he ran. She quickly followed, but he was too far ahead, she couldn't catch up. With a sad sigh, Dusty remembered she hadn't returned to the pack for about a week. She slowly walked to the pack den area.

Tread had been pacing, Dusty had been missing for a while now, when he saw her enter the camp, she was very wary. "And so she should be!" He thought, struggling not to snarl. He approached her, his eyes showing his anger clearly. Then, in a voice that was full of anger, with a trace of hidden worry, Tread said to Dusty "And where have you been this past week or so?"

Dusty gulped, and slowly thought of the best words to say. She considered telling Tread the truth, but decided not to. well, not completely. "I.....have been.... Seeing to.. a creature" She said, choosing her words carefully.

Tread narrowed his eyes at her, wondering if she meant she had killed a creature, or something else. He gave a bit of a growl, but asked no more questions. Then he walked to his den. Many other wolves in his pack had been missing for just under a week, probably of their own accord. Tread was worried, these wolves included his own son.

Sahdow thens stopped. He looked back Dusty was already gone. He howled, then continued running.
