If you have a parrot and you don't teach it to say, "Help, they've turned me into a parrot", you are wasting everybody's time.

I went to a fight once, and a hockey game broke out.

Was that as bad as it sounded to me?

Was that as bad as it sounded to me? I've heard that one before, but I thought is was funny when I first heard it. So hopefully there's another newbie here who thinks so too.

I actually got this one from a joke book XD. *A police officer was driving down the road when he saw a man driving a truck full of penguins* Police Man: Hey what are you doing with those penguins? Take 'em to the zoo!!! Man: Okay! *The next day the cop saw the same man driving the same truck, full of the SAME penguins! Except this time they were all wearing sunglasses...?* Police man: Hey, I thought I told you to take 'them penguins to the zoo!!!!! Man: I did! We had so much fun, today we're goin' to the beach! lol XD

Everything is easier said than done. Except for talking, that's about the same.

I remember my teacher telling me that looking out of the window wouldn't get me anywhere.
Did I have a smug look on my face later on in life when I handed him his Burger and fries at the drive through.

Is Windows a Virus ? No, Windows is not a virus. Here's what viruses do:
1.They replicate quickly - okay, Windows does that.
2.Viruses use up valuable system resources, slowing down the system as they do so - okay, Windows does that.
3.Viruses will, from time to time, trash your hard disk - okay, Windows does that too.
4.Viruses are usually carried, unknown to the user, along with valuable programs and systems. - Sigh.. Windows does that, too.
5.Viruses will occasionally make the user suspect their system is too slow (see 2) and the user will buy new hardware. - Yup, Windows does that, too.
Until now it seems Windows is a virus but there are fundamental differences: Viruses are well supported by their authors, are running on most systems, their program code is fast, compact and efficient and they tend to become more sophisticated as they mature.
So Windows is not a virus.
It's a bug. New Viruses on the loose! Oprah Winfrey virus: Your 200MB hard drive suddenly shrinks to 80MB and then slowly expands back to 200MB.
AT&T virus: Every three minutes it tells you what great service you are getting.
MCI virus: Every three minutes it reminds you that you're paying too much for the AT&T virus.
Politically Correct virus: Never calls itself a "virus", but instead refers to itself as an "electronic microorganism."
Arnold Schwarzenegger virus: Terminates and stays resident. It'll be back.
New World Order virus: Probably harmless, but it makes a lot of people really mad just thinking about it.
Texas virus: Makes sure that it's bigger than any other file.
Airline virus: You're in Dallas but your data is in Singapore.
Freudian virus: Your computer becomes obsessed with marrying to its own motherboard.
Public Television virus: Your programs stop every few minutes to ask for money.
Elvis virus: Your computer gets fat, slow and lazy, then self destructs only to resurface at shopping malls and service stations across rural America.
Nike virus: Just does it.
Star Trek virus: Invades your system in places where no virus has gone before.
Health Care virus: Tests your system for a day, finds nothing wrong, and sends you a bill for $4,500.
A ragged individual stranded for several months on a small desert island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean one day noticed a bottle lying in the sand with a piece of paper in it.
Rushing to the bottle, he pulled out the cork and with shaking hands withdrew the message.
"Due to lack of maintenance," he read, "we regretfully have found it necessary to cancel your e-mail account."

I was reading some of these and thought I would share for those of you who dont know what MLIA is it means My Life Is Average. Today I realized that my mini snowman that I had built and put on my porch had disappeared. Then I looked on my lawn and saw fresh, unfamiliar footprints in the snow leading up to my porch and away again. The only conclusion I could come up with was that someone stole my snowman. I'm on to you, snowman kidnapper. MLIA Today I looked up some weird laws in Louisiana. The weirdest one so far? "Biting someone with your natural teeth is 'simple assault,' while biting someone with your false teeth is 'aggravated' assault." MLIA. Today I told my friend that gullible was written on the ceiling and she looked up. We were outside. I'm never letting this one go. MLIA Today I went to see megamind. One of the previews for other movies was for the Justin Bieber movie, upon realizing what the movie was for the theater got quiet to be broken by one man in the back screaming "OH DEAR GGOD NO!" Good to know people understand the problems we face MLIA Today, my Italian book gave the example "EAT THE SOUP!" As a command. Apparently Italians have issues making others eat soup. MLIA Today I saw a story that said, "Today I saw a post that said "Today, I spent a large portion of my night on the computer. Why?, You ask? I found a website, where all it is, is one page of a plate of Jello that you can jiggle. MLIA" Well... can you please give us the website so all of us may enjoy the gelatin? MLIA" Well, fellow MLIA-er. I found said website. It is "jellotime.com" Hope this helps. MLIA (btw THis site is really addicting
