"Well he's their father. The would beleive him just as quick as they beleive what Rochelle says." Tony objected.

"Rochelle and I have already been over this Antonio." Shane snapped angrily.

"Well, Shane, you can't even begin to comprehend the speed at which these pups could turn on you." Tony said defiantly.

Egg · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:03 pm

"Since when do you know so much about everything Tony?" Shane growled. "You've been kind of annoying ever since they were born."

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:05 pm

"I know more about pups then you do. That's for sure." Tony snorted. "And i'm not gonna stand aside to let these pups be torn between their parents."

Shane stood, and grumbled something under his breath.
"Then why dont YOU raise them?!" He growled, trotting off.

Tony growled, watching Shane walk off. He turned to look at Rochelle, who glared at him. The big dog lowered his ears and sat down quietly, not daring to talk to Rochelle the way he did to Shane.
Nickel had sat quietly during Shane and Tony's arguing and he flattened his ears when Shane padded off. So, while Rochelle was criticizing Tony, Nickel crept off to try and find him.

Shane lay by the river, his paws in the water as he glared down at his reflection.
"Well that wasn't very mature.." He muttered to himself.

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:17 pm

Nickel stumbled over branches and along the ground until he saw Shane by the river. He wagged his tail and padded over slowly.

Shane perked at the sound of pawsteps, and turned to see Nickel.
"Nickel..did you come looking for me? Gee, bud, thanks.." He said warmly, nosing the pup softly.

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:23 pm

Nickel smiled and sat down beside Shane, leaning on the older canine.

Shane sighed, and lay his head back door.
"You're a good kid, Nickie.."

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:27 pm

Nickel propped his paw on Shane's head, staying close to him as he sighed contently.

Egg · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:28 pm

Shane chuckled.
"Your mum's probably worried, ya' know.."

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:30 pm

Nickel paused to think about it, then shrugged.
