Njozi nodded. "He'll be fine. He's at the den, and there's Mom and Dad to look after him."

Faraji chuckled along. "Still, it would be nice to have a cub to have fun with." he said, dreamily.

Ashante was beginning to see Adanna as his second mother figure. "Will you play with me?" he asked just as Enzi came up. "Sure, we have the time." Enzi grinned, nudging the bright orange cub with his nose.

(Sayari's mate is up her name is now Jua ). Adanna purred and playfully nipped Ashante but as not to hurt him.

Kamaria fell asleep again hoping she would meet that mysterious lioness again.

Ujasiri looked at Faraji, ''What's with the dreamy look on your face?'' He asked chuckling.

(I saw her, updated Sayari's profile too )

Uru walked up to Sarabi. "Will you visit the family again?" she asked her. Sarabi sadly shook her head. "Not again, until they find out the truth about Ashante for themselves."

Faraji playfully nudged his younger brother. "Let's get ourselves some antelope to eat."

Ujasiri nodded,"I'm starved'' he said chuckling. (Did you get Jaali's mate designed yet or are you still working on it? :3)


Adanna then nudged Enzi playfully then flicked her tail under his chin she then ran towards the waterhole with Ashante behind her.
"Come and get me Enzi.'' She said playfully.

Kamaria looked around she was in the same spot where she saw the mysterious lioness she then saw pawprints that looked like it came from the mysterious lioness,'I wonder if the pawprints lead somewhere?' She thought and began following them.


Uru then nudged Sarabi with her head,"I hope they find out soon.'' She said.

(I'm still working on it, but I think I'll make his mate one of the cubs gifted to me)

Faraji and Hirizi chuckled and Faraji led his brothers to a herd of wildebeest.

Sarabi looked down. "They will." she replied, looking at the brown queen. "But, slowly."

(Ok )Kamaria heard voices,"Hello? Is anyone out there?'' she asked. Uru thought she heard someone calling and wondered if Sarabi had heard it as well.

Adanna then started to feel dizzy and fell down with a thump she had know idea that she was pregnant because this had happened when she was pregnant with her first litter.

Furaha sighed and looked around the mountain pride was growing larger everyday with new lions,lionesses,and new cubs would be born anytime soon she thought that life couldn't get easier than this.

Sarabi turned around. She looked at Uru. With Uru's nod, she walked in front of Kamaria, not meeting the brown lioness's eyes. She hoped that Kamaria was following her towards the water-hole, to see where Ashante's body was.

Enzi drank his fill from the lake. He looked up at the sky. It was a warm day, and there was good news all over the land. Many of the lionesses of the Mountain Pride were pregnant, and cubs were already being born. Life was good right now.

Njozi looked back. "Furaha?" she asked. "What are you dreaming about?"

Kamaria gasped,"W..wait where are you taking me?...'' She asked.

"Enzi?'' Adanna whimpered still feeling dizzy,"I... think I may be....'' She said but hesitated at the thought of him not wanting more cubs.

Furaha shook her head "Oh.... nothing,''

Ujasiri then nodded at his brothers and then went into a different direction he soon spotted a young wildebeest and quickly stalked toward it hoping not to scare it.

Sarabi walked to the place where Ashante's body had been. The place was now empty, except for permanent blood stains. She hoped that Kamaria would read the signs and be able to try and get Kefir's spirits up. She faded away when she saw Kamaria approaching.

Enzi lifted his eyebrows. He put his head down and placed his head under hers. "I know." he replied. "And its alright."

Endesha looked at her younger sister. "Nothing's troubling you, is it?" she asked.

Faraji and Hirizi came up on opposite sides of the wildebeest. The two stalked it so smoothly, it didn't suspect a thing.

"Where am I?'' She asked Sarabi but still didn't know her name. 'What's your name?'' she asked confused hoping she would respond.

"You're not mad?'' She asked after she nuzzled him back. "Where's Ashante?''

Furaha shook her head but clearly she was lying and hoped that her sister Endesha couldn't find out.

Ujasiri nodded and sprang towards the young wildebeest causing the herd to flee.

Sarabi had faded into thin air by the time Kamaria had got there. She heard Kamaria's calls, but kept quiet.

Enzi shook his head. "No, not at all." he replied, smiling. "In fact, its always nice to have a litter of cubs running around you."

Njozi narrowed her eyebrows. "What's going on, Furaha?" she said, sternly, but kindly.

Faraji manged to bring it down with a neck bite. He looked at his brothers. "Get one of the lionesses and hunt for more." he said. "I'll get this to the kill pile and check on Ashante."

Kamaria realized that this lioness had lead her to the waterhole where Ashante was last found she then began to examine it she saw pawprints and knew that they were not hyenas, Kamaria gasped slightly,"Ashante's.....alive?'' she whispered her heart pounding.

"You're sure right?'' Adanna asked.

Ujasiri looked at Hirizi, "Well we should get hunting with our sisters if we see them.''

Sarabi sighed. She knew that Kefir wouldn't hear a word until he saw Ashante for himself. I tried...

Enzi nodded. "Let's go tell Ashante the good news."

Faraji nodded as Hirizi and Ujasiri went off. He dragged the wildebeest to the den and left it near the kill pile.

Kamaria woke up and realized it was dawn and her brother and sister and the rest of the pride will be getting up soon,"Ashante... is really alive?'' She whispered silently.

Adanna purred,"He'll be delighted to have playmates to play with.'' "Ashante where are you?'' Adanna said looking around with Enzi.

Furaha then saw Ujasiri and Hirizi coming towards her and her other sisters,"Look here come our brothers.'' She said.

Kefir murmured something under his breath. Kefir opened a sleepy eye and saw Kamaria. "What's up?" he groggily asked her.

Ashante had been relaxing in a warm bed after a healthy meal. He had never felt so warm and comfortable in his life. He looked up when he heard Adanna and Enzi call for him. "COMING!" he called out, messing up half the nest in the process of getting up.

Faraji heard Ashante's call and went in that direction. Suddenly, he saw a flash of orange fur and heard a bump as Ashante codded with the larger brown lion. "Slow down there,cheetah." he teased the cub.
