"Maybe from the stress?" Sadie suggested, relieved to see that nothing was wrong. She had been sure it was a nightmare, but there always was that slim chance that something could of happened.

Sadie immediatly laid down beside him, nuzzling him comfortingly. "You can stay awake then. If you get tired though, fall asleep anyways. I'll wake you up if I think you're having another one."

Sadie knew he was still awake, his breathing wasn't as deep and slow as it was when he was asleep. The wolfess glanced back at Grant, her amber eyes flashing in surprise. Was the injured wolf, close to death, actually moving? He had barely gotten any rest...it would be both a miracle and a tragedy if he actually was moving.

Ooc:// He doens't have to be moving if you don't want him to be, it was only a suggestion for some excitement.

Sadie relaxed. It wasn't much more than a gentle movement after all...he wasn't able to get up, much less attack.

A small yawn cut through the air.

Laika yawned, stirring a little. She was frightened from before, but that was tempered by the knowledge that her parents were there. Disturbing images has flitted through her dreams, and she stumbled over to Rio, laying down next to him, snuggling into his thick, warm fur.

Sadie smiled.

"Night, Daddy and Momma," Laika murmured, her voice thick and slurred with grogginess. She soon drifted off into sleep.

Ooc:// I'm going to add a small bit of excitement...that foreshadows tomorrow, or the next day.

Green eyes remained hidden behind the foilage, their dark depths cunning and set of revenge. A small grin formed on Ai's light brown muzzle, a grin that would send chills racing down a sane wolf's spine.

Sadie didn't notice this...no one would unless they were standing in the forest near the she-wolf themselves.

Should we skip?
