LeoPaw raised his ears."Heads up,Whisperstar is up."He said.

Swiftpaw smiled at the young cat."Hey,thnaks....I'd better go wake Shadowfire.."He sniffed around until he found her and mewed to wake her up.

Leopaw arched a brow."She's gonna slice you up,Swifty."

Shadowfire felt the prodding of a younger paw and an unwelcome voice near her ear. She leaped, the young cat let out a yowl of surprise. She pinned Swiftpaw to the ground and hissed.
"Swiftpaw!" She snarled, "Haven't you learned that waking a sleeping warrior might just be the last sunrise you'll live!" She let him go, her claws testing the earth. She had been awake but thought that apprentices where sensible enough to know that a recently distressed warrior wasn't to be meddled with unless sure they were calm and settled.

He stumbled backwards,"Sorry,Sorry!Just thought you'd like to know WhisperStar is up!"He jumped out of the den.

Leopaw smiled widely and followed him.

bic:Willowtail turned to Glaedpaw."Glaedpaw,I'll need you to cary some stuff for me."She said calmly.The worst thing to do in a crisis was to panic,she thought as she went back to get some herbs."I need you to take these to the worriors den."she said pulling out a bundle of herbs.She grabed another bundle and rushed out of the den.

Gladepaw nodded and rushed out of the den, the herbs smelled both sweet and horrid. But would they help? Were they already too late to save Winterclaw!?
As soon as she reached the warrior's den a blast of the smell of sickness reached her, she held her breath and rushed in. Dropping the herbs a little ways away from the sick warrior, she ran out of the den escaping the warmness of the foul smelling den. She gasped, gulping for air. She knew she had to be strong and help out as much as she could, but the reek of that den was much to overpowering!

Winterclaw's stomach wrenched as he threw up more, now the vomit had reduced to simple fluids. All that was left in his stomach. His fur was matted with his sweat and the loose fur that had been under his first layer clung to the earth around him. He had wriggled and writhed on the floor of the den all night and all morning, he had previously heard Gladepaw's worried hisses and screams from the Medicine Cat Den next to the den he lay in. His fur and the earth around him splattered with blood and meats of all kinds from his vomit, he forced his tired dry eyes shut to not see the horrid sight around him. He flung himself to the ground on his heaving side, Was he dying? At this moment, He wished he were.

frostpaw began to smell the stench but kept walking " wow maby i should have stayed home" but he kept on walking with a limp to make sure thatrhis mentor was alright

frostpaw then saw snowclaw run by with herbs and thought " can every clan smell this or what?"

Snowclaw turned her head."Shhh..."She told Frostpaw."Can you come help me?"She whispered softly.

there was nothing else to do and he was really board " sure i'll help he whispered" but he did this to help and not to entertain himself " what do you want me to do?" he asked

"Just help me figure out how to get these berries into his mouth and in his stomach...they'll make him better."She whispered,her voice muffled by the mouthful of herbs and berries.

" ok" said frostpaw while walking into the cave where winterclaw was at the reack hit frostpaw in the face as if a snowball had hit him
just then he saw his mentor laying on his side " come on winterclaw is right here" shouted frostpaw still trying to get over the smell in the cave
