Wanderer froze. "What did I do?!" He gaped at Winterfall's cut. "I'm so sorry! I lost control. I was just mad you lied. Y-you told me that you were born a loner." He shook hi shead. "It doesn't matter. I'm so sorry. Friends?"
Winterfall grinned weakly. "Yeah, I guess I did. Sorry, pal. I can't blame your reaction. And, yeah, we're definatly still friends."
Yunfly looked from wolf to wolf. Man, Winterfall was forgiving. That was one of hte things she loved about him.

Kira then sighed in relief and started slowly walking back towards Wanderer. She then sighed and looked back at the rest of the pack, wondering if she should still tell her secret or not.
Josh and Kita were both worried for their younger sister, but they both stayed quiet, wondering what Kira was going to do next. Josh just sighed, hoping that she wouldn't tell her secret, but Kita just smiled and slowly nodded, thinking that it's best if everyone knew the truth as well.

Luke was still a little shaken from Wanderer's reaction, he was shaking, Winter could probably feel it.
Jade had fallen backwards from Wanderer's attack. "A little help please!" she said, having fallen in a narrow ditch and gotten stuck.

Jade shook her head to clear it and felt a stabbing pain in her rear. She looked back and saw that she'd landed on a porcupine, who's quils now covered her rear end. "No, I think I landed on a porcupine. A little help with the quils please." she said, embaressed and in a some pain.
Luke licked Winter on the cheek, he was starting to think of Winter as a big brother.

Yunfly quickly pulled out the quils.
Winterfall grinned. "Kinda. I was chasing what I thought was a funny looking rabbit when I was apup. Well, i caught it and I stunk for 2 days."

Jade yelped as each quil was pulled but smiled to Yunfly in the end. "Thank you." she said.
Luke giggled. "You thought it was a rabbit?" he said. "What about you two?" he asked Yunfly and Wanderer, curiously.

Jade laughed. "Well knowing my little Lukie's luck, we'll probably all end up getting skunked." said Jade. "Poor little guy normally has a run in with a skunk or porcupine at least once a month." She laughed, causing Luke to blush, he nodded, confirming it.

Luke slipped off Winter's back, making sure to protect his broken leg. "Thank you Mara." he said, he walked around to stretch his good leg. He looked around, seeing a hole nearby, he curiously looked at it. "But what about a-" he was interupted when the very thing he was about to mention walked out of the den, an angry skunk. He backed up and tripped onto Mara as the skunk sprayed, getting both drentched in its musk.

"Ewwww!" Mara screamed. It smelt terrible. At that moment she declared to herself that she hated skunks.
Flower laughed at the two pups. Mara glared at her but she couldn't help it. "Now I know what you mean," she said to Jade.
