The Voice is a pretty good show, it is one of very few reality shows that interest me. The 4 singer superstars as coaches have had some fun during the blind auditions, including the new ones; Shakira and Usher. xD They were goofing off and picking on each other.

Adam Levine of Maroon 5 stole 2 country singers away from Blake Shelton and reveled, lol.

I like the new season of this show over American Idol, hands down.

I know what you're talking about there. I'm still getting out of depression from stress and issues with some neighbors of mine--which still aren't completely resolved. But there's some advice I can give all of you if you ever feel like that again: God never gives us anything we can't handle.
I don't know where all of you stand religiously, but that's helped me through a lot.

I have to credit Angel Dreamer with giving me that piece of advice, and thanks again Luki. ^^

I remember him! Yeah he's got a good voice. The talent this season; whoa. The former backup singer for Michael Jackson and the Latino Corina? I'm glad they're both staying on the show. Shakira saved her last steal for Corina. I just finished catching up On Demand. Watched Defiance from 9 to 11 last night.

Two Steps From Hell I've never heard of. Many fairly newer and brand new bands I'm likely not familiar with except a few--Broken Iris and Inner Party System. I'm willing to give their songs a listen though. Pick a song or two and I'll see if I can look it up on YouTube.

I agree on the advice. I'm not really going to discuss religion here 'cause it's not allowed, but I know most things happen for a reason. I knew I was going to be as honest as I could with him (all the while being assertive) when he showed up again two months ago, straight up. No apologies. It was also fair to let the guy get the hint that we didn't share the same plans in life. Now that closure has passed, I'm sure we've parted ways for good.

A lot of my AIM logs get saved on my hard drive. I could share some funny stuff, I guess.

My AIM friend San (or San-chan as I tend to call her) and me tend to goof off some. The following is from three weeks or so ago.

"Mari: More looking forward to gaming at High Tides Games shop this Friday and Saturday though :-D

Mari : Such a cool new place. The dude who runs it is cool

- : high tides...god.

Mari: Very friendly and open and it's all about people finding someplace to just game without the BS like "you have to leave because you brought in food from somewhere else" or "You shouldn't play games we don't sell in here."
Mari : That's what happened over at the place my meetup group used to go to. As fantastic as the place was, the owner was just petty. He also really wanted to run a restaurant more than a games/comic books shop anyway.

Mari : The games we bring and the food we bring in won't interfere with our new friend Navid's business.

Mari: It's just poor businessmanship in my high opinion
Mari : And Larry couldn't even tell it to us himself the night it was our last night of gaming over there, all because I brought in a cup from Subway.
Mari : Navid said that Larry said it was "the final straw"
Mari : Not only that but the back room at the place he decided to have as office space
Mari : First the Warhammer people left, then my group left, then eventually Navid's Magic the Gathering events had to call a quits there.

Mari -> The best TSFH albums are Nero, Nemesis, and Legend. You can probably find download links if you look hard enough.
