Shadow curled his hands into fists, then faced the silver jellyfish-robot.
"I thought he was dead!" cried Tails.
"I wanna help fight this one!" cheered Gerath, punching his fists in the air.
Espio took out his two silver daggers and spun them around in his hands, ready to fight. "I cut off the tentacles, you all beat up the body?" he said to the gang without looking away from Bloome.

"Uh guys, what's this thing Doom dropped when Mebius blasted him?" asked Sonic, holding up the Battlenizer.
Mebius gasped. "Battlenizer!" he shouted, suprised.
"Battle...nizer?" asked Knuckles, confused.
"Its a powerful device, probably one of the most powerful in the universe." said Mebius. "Only a very few, called Reionyx, can weild one." he said. "If one of us can use it, then we'll have the power to summon and command the giant monster its got loaded inside it, as well as capture up to two others for our use."

"Hey, wow!" said Gerath, taking it from Sonic. "They keep monsters inside this?" he asked, flipping it over in his hands.
"You should be careful with it." warned Maria. "If there's a monster inside it, if a button is accidently pushed, it might come out."

"It'll only work for a Reionyx, it won't function for anyone else." said Mebius. "But we can see who is inside." he said, taking it and opening the cover. In one of the square boxes, an image of Earthron appeared, moving about in a strange red energy. "An Earthron, a powerful monster outside the Battlenizer." he said. "Now lets find out if anyone can use it." he said. "Sonic and Gerath can't, it'll glow in the hand of a Reionyx." he said. He passed around but it didn't glow until he finally got to Maria, whose in her hands it glowed. "Maria, you're a Reionyx."

OOC: Sure, I just watched the entire Ultra Galaxy series so now I've got a better understanding of it.
One by one, the three slots lit up and a card of energy formed out of them. It flew up, then came back, sliding through a slot on the Battlenizer, Earthron appearing in it. The card flew up into the air nearby and materilized into the kaiju.
OOC: You want to be Earthron?

Earthron arched his neck and looked down upon Maria, his new master, with glowing eyes. His horn nearly touched the top of her head as he grunted out of his nose like a bull.
Maria petted his snout. "So this must be Earthron." she said in her sweet voice.
Shadow saw how happy Maria was but walked off and stood in the corner, facing the wall of the hole.
Sally whispered to Sonic, "I think something's wrong with Shadow."

"Shadow's changed Maria, I don't know if you realize it or not but, you died." said Sonic. "And he saw it, since then, things have just been hard on him."
"Maria, think you can have Earthron give me a hand with Silver Bloome? Just tell him to help me and he will." said Mebius, jumping out of the pit and growing to giant size, about the same as Earthron. He gave Earthron a nod to let him know he was a friend.

"Earthron!" she called to her new pet. "Go help him fight the silver monster!"
Earthron did as he was told, and jumped out of the pit, roaring and tossing hi head around to make the monster know that he had dominion over the robotic creature.
Shadow grunted when he heard Sally and Sonic talking about him. "I thought she was a Reionyx! he said, still facing the wall but with his head higher. "If that's the real Maria then it would be her, not this thing you speak of."

Mebius looked to Shadow. "Shadow, a Reionyx can be any organism, its a mental level of ability to be able to command a monster, its not a diffrent creature, there are Reionyx in every species, including human." he said. "Maria was always a Reionyx, Yapool couldn't have done that, Maria was always one, she just didn't have a battlenizer, she's the same person, all Yapool did was cure her of her illness." he said, turning as Silver Bloome began wrapping up Earthron, he ran past, cutting the tentacles to free the kaiju, then drop kicked Silver Bloome backwards. He turned and gave Earthron a thumbs up.

Shadow's gaze turned to confusion as he turned to Maria. "I never knew you were a Reionyx." said Shadow in disbelief.
Maria sighed. "I'm sorry, Shadow. I didn't know alot about it anyway."
Earthron stood up in pride, but then looked around to see if Silver Bloome was going to come back for another attack, as if a puppy had just spotted a squirrel.

"Shadow, from the way Mebius is talking about it, most people don't know it." said Sonic. "I mean, your 'dad' may have known, seeing he was a genus, but probably had the more important matter of his trying to save Maria's life from her illness." he said. "We'll never know that, but it seems a random thing among species, but we should've guessed Maria had a great will power, I mean she did make her last wish to protect those that killed her afterall."
Mebius grabbed hold of Silver Bloome and held him in place for Earthron to attack him.

Earthron laughed/roared and began to beat the creature with it's horn, then spun around and whipped it with his tail.
"I just don't know why he never cared to let me in on these things." Shadow grumbled.
