Cassie wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled herself up to him. She inched closer until their lips finally met.

Cassie was taken by surprise at Zane's sudden departure and then his attack on Curtis. She quickly got up and ran to where the two were wrestling. "Zane! Stop! Both of you." She tried to pull one of the other, but failed.
Finn heard a bang from across the hall and hurried out of his room. Seeing Zane and Curtis, Finn hurled himself into the fight and was able to fling Zane a good foot away from his brother. "What in the world are you thinking?" he asked, panting.

"Oh, get a room," Finn sneered teasingly as he grasped Curtis's upper arm and started pulling him down the hall.
"We plan to," Cassie said with a giggled. She back back into her room, pulling Zane in with her.

Cassie laid beside Zane on the bed. "It's okay. I understand. I wanted to knock Curtis to the ground too." She chuckled slightly.
