I sometimes got made fun of in college for it, but that subsided once my roommates realized I wasn't laughing. At least they never found out about that Land Before Time dream. Now you know you've got it bad when those things happen (referring to the dream bit). If you have dreams about such films, you might be an animation fan. Slight possibility, yes. The funny thing is, the dream turned out to be an almost fully developed story which I someday hope to post as a fanfic. It had hardly any need, or even room, to improve upon it. It was my first, and still is my most thorough, story-dream.

One thing I remember is newsreel footage of Balto coming into Nome with his team and a voicover talking about him. Another thing I remember from a different dream is Dixie saying something to Steele just before I woke up. I must have been having an animated dream in that one... Oh, and my love for Balto is still pretty much a secret. Most people in this world are rather close-minded so it's not something you really share as a college student. Most would probably see it as an obsession with a mere animated movie. My mom used to mock me for it a lot, but now she probably thinks I don't care about it anymore. My friend knows I love the movie, and she liked it herself too and we've watched it before (she loves the "I HATE BEARS!" part lol) but that was years ago and now she probably thinks I'm over it too.

my friends think I NEVER get over something for example : I talked much about Neopets and stop talking about it for 1 or 2 months and STILL think I am oveerly excited and addicted to Neopets.  and am sure they will do the same thing and about Balto 2 years from now

everyone knows im a HUGE Balto fan, and fan of animated movies in general
sometimes they tease me about it, and make me feel bad, but i really dont listen to them because it makes me happy and i truly love these kinds of movies. besides, i want to be an animator one day, the person to help make the cartoons everyone knows and loves
so, no, it was never a secret and never will be :3
