Jaq glared at his sister and growled. Hobbling out to where the two dogs sat and glared at them,but a little softer then he had to his sister."I thought she was dead"! He snapped."And I didn't think it was worth it to bring up a useless past"! He glared at Jaidee the most growling so much it hurt."I just wish we could all understand". He breathed to quietly to hear.

"Yeah, your right.... It is going to be harder to survive, especially if Jaq is going to almost die ever 10 minutes. We need better survival strategies." Jaidee looked back at Akira. He knew this bothered her.

Ugh! He coudln't take it! "why can't you listen"! He growled as he lunged aiming to pin Jaidee down.

Jaidee was pinned by Jaq. He was no match on the ground for the big husky. He squirmed out of Jaqs grasped and quickly stood up the face him. Every hair on Jaidees back was straight up and he was growling as loud as he could. "I do listen to you Jaq! But you need to be more careful, we can't babysit you....."

"I am"! He snapped."I only drowned because I was helping Kali and there was non way I could notice a hunter who was covered in blood"! Jaq just couldn't take it! He lunged again aiming to tear the delicate flesh on Jaidee's chest.

Jaidee moved out of the way before Jaq could bite him. 'He may be bigger, but I'm faster' Jaidee thought. "Come on Jaq let's just talk this out, we don't need to fight!" Jaidee was staying behind Jaq trying to avoid his mouth.

Jaq lowered his head pressing his ears against his skull."Well"... He urged with a growl."explain".

"We just need to figure out a plan.... So we can all live together in a more peaceful and most importantly safe way. It's either that or we split up and go our separate ways." Jaidee stood a little more relaxed to let Jaq know he cared about what he was saying.

Jaq snarled a bit lighter this time."We can live safer". Jaq said."Well at least you can... I'm only trying to hunt and risk my life for this pack but all it does is get me babied and abused"!

"Jaq what have I done to you? Why are you taking it out on me? I just want everybody to be happy, and obviously you don't really care what the others think. This pack doesn't revolve around you Jaq."

"I know that"! Jaq barked so angrily it seemingly shook the trees."I just can't be accepted! Four packs already, you hear me!? Four packs"! Jaq continued to growl glaring at Jaidee angrily."A husky just isn't meant to be here"!

"How do you think I feel? I'm from frickin' Thailand! You were built for this climate, I wasnt! I adapted to this, which is what you need to do. Adapt to everyone around you and don't make them adapt to you."

Jaq stopped his growling. His shoulders seemed just a little less tense and he loosened his stance, but the growling resumed and he lunged aiming to pin Jaidee once more.

Jaidee was far enough away from Jaq to tell he was going to lunge. He moved quickly out of the way. "Come on Jaq. We can make this work out. It's just going to take time."

Jaq lunged again, but this time not directly at Jaidee. Just slightly to the left. He then turned to look at Jaidee and ran faster then the average sleddog could. Especially with an injured leg. As he continued to run he lunged gain aiming to land on Jaidee's back
