Zaki flicked his ear, thinking.
"Uhm..." he hummed. "Two of them live around her really...they're brothers." he said as he looked around and then continued to ramble on. "They have a big family. They're oldest brother raised em."

"I'm gonna kill 'em..." Eligh snarled viciously, then turning to Zaki beginning to say something when two wolves floated out from the trees.
"Well well well... Look who we have here!" one snarled.

Zaki perked his ears and turned to look at the two wolves that were approaching them. His ears fell flat against his head.

Eligh growled as the wolves came closer, not sensing Elighs strength nor his fighting ability.
"Zakster brought us another chew toy..." The wolf spat in Zaki's face. "Lay a claw on him and you'll never see the light of day again." Eligh stated calmly, though somehow it was worse than loud.

Zaki looked at his brother, eyes wide.
"No, Elight," he tried to stop him. "Just...just let's go.."

Eligh slowly turned, attempting to control his anger, until one of the wolves snickered. He froze.
"Scared?" the wolf hissed. Circling Eligh. And he couldn't hold it in anymore. He struck.

Zaki perked when his brother snapped. Zaki was used to running away, not once had he actually thought to fight back. He stepped back.
"Careful Eligh!" he called to his brother.

The call did nothing to Eligh, who fought his heart out, finally chasing off the wolves, blood stained his lips.
"Do... Have they EVER tried to hurt you Zaki?" He asked, looking him dead in the eyes.

Zaki stood frozen for a minute, then lowered his head, feeling like he was under pressure.
"..S-..sometimes.." he stuttered. "..but i just run..they can't catch me if i run..."

Catching onto the fact that his brother might be afraid, and he lowered his head.
"Zaki, Im not gonns hurt you...I just need to know." He explained slowly.

"They..have.." he confessed. "But..after that i learned to run faster. So..i avoided everyone after that..cause i didnt want another mark.." he explained.

Mark... Scar?! Eligh cursed in his mind, and went over to his brother, and began leading him home.
"I'll make sure they never bother you again Zaks, never." He said, stopping at the edge of the cave.

Zaki lowered his ears as he walked with Eligh.
"It's okay.." he said. "No one can catch me if i run...and she says im fast too." he said, neglecting to mention who 'she' was.

Eligh perked at 'she'.
"Who's She?" He asked, wagging his tail slightly at the thought of his brother in love.

Zaki's tail wagged at the thought. "Mabel!" he said. "She's a good friend of mine. She's always nice. And she yells at anyone who laughs at me."
