OOC: Bye.

"I'm sorry I made you think it was like that." he whispered, licking her nose and laying his head gently on hers. He soon closed his eyes reluctently and fell asleep soundly.

OOC: Typo? Says Shay. Anyways.

Russet's dream was strange, a parallel universe. He saw himself with Harmony snapping at Delilah as she ran home crying. He saw himself laugh at her and nuzzle Harmony.

Russet tried to run into Delilah, but just found the dream fade as he saw his past. Disasters popping through his dream. His failures and 'try to be the perfect son' times.

Russet woke with a shudder, but soon well asleep again.

OOC: Is that possible? lol I know what you mean though. I've done that once.

Russet woke wide-eyed to a howl. He left Delilah with a lick on her cheek and a light kiss. He rushed back to forest, grumpy and disoriented. But all he saw at the site of the howl was Harmony. "What do you want?" he asked, tired and still angry at her.

Russet snapped. "You disgusting, little..." he trailed off. "I'm already TAKEN. I already have a mate and I wouldn't be looking if I didn't anyways. And the first one. Where's your dad?" he asked.

"It's barely even dawn yet! There's barely any daylight. Why do you think I'm snappy?!" he snapped after shrinking away and biting at his crawling skin. "Fine, but I'm not getting anywhere near you..." he muttered to himself as he followed from behind her.

Husster was laying sullenly against a rock, staring at the wolves as they came. "Welcome Russet."

Russet grumbled. "What is it that you need? If you don't mind, I'd like to sleep, oh I don't know, unitl it's actually bright outside."

Husster chuckled. "Of course. Well, you see, since you're becoming a member of our pack-"

"I said it was only to stay in tough with my wolf traditions." he interrupted.

"Right. Well, you still need a rank in the pack. And I believe the only spot is Omega."

"Omega?! I was the Alpha's son in my old pack." Russet proclaimed.

"But you're in our pack now and you have to go by our laws."

Russet nodded and sighed. "Fine. Is that all?" he asked.

Husster nodded as well. "You may go now, but where do you go?"

"I sleep with Delilah and her brothe- friend Julius." he corrected.

Husster seemed a bit unhappy, but he gave a curt nod. "See you soon, Russet."

"Yeah, I guess." Russet muttered before dashing towards the house.

As he came through the doorway, he noticed Delilah shivering a bit and padded along to go warm her again. "I'm back." he whispered, before licking her forehead.

Russet chuckled quietly and rested his head on hers lightly. He whispered into her ear again. "You mean so much to me. I couldn't myself away for too long. It would have torn me apart. I'm so selfish, and that's why I can't let go."

Russet growled quietly. He shook his head. "No, I wouldn't. I never thought of it. I just.... wouldn't be able to. I am nothing without you. Remember, I'd gift wrap the world for you. I'd gift wrap the universe if I had to. I'd give you my heart, and I'd trust you with it." he whispered romantically.
