I laughed at the note slightly then sighed "You're parents are so nice I wish..." I was cut off when Arthur entered the house "Allo' Love" I said, trying to mimick a strong British accent. It sounded funny on my tongue, but it also sounded right. i grinned at my own personal joke then looked at Arthur. He ran a hand through his spikey hair tiredly and I frowned, he seemed tired.

Alfred grinned at Arthur, seeing he was home and alright.
"Indubitably," Arthur added with a long sigh following. Alfred laughed, and pushed Arthur backwards onto the couch, before grabbing Riley and shoving her playfully down beside him. Arthur chuckled in his british accent, making Alfred smile wider.
"Day one, Riley your up." Alfred said, winking at their inside joke. "Im off to the store, be right back." He said, grabbing his keys and walking out the door.

I grinned at me and Alfred's inside joke then looked at Arthur, who had his arm slung around me and was loafing on the couch, obviously tired. "So, did you a Sean..Make peace?" I asked, poking his stomach and snuggling myself under his arm, my chin resting on his chest. I looked at him, he looked at me. amd for a horrifying second I forgot about little A.J, but it felt good, forgetting the sadness.

Arthur smiled, kissing Riley's neck affectionatly, and then sighing.
"Eh..I guess. He still likes me," Arthur said with a sigh. "But much more of a crush now.." He added. Arthur looked up at the ceiling and glaring at it.
"Why did Alfred say..uh, 'day one'?" He questioned.

I held back a grin and bit my lip playfully, "Inside joke" I replied, trying not to crack up to much. I kissed Arthur on the cheek but then saw his confused expression and giggled a bit "You're cute, but not cute enough to convince me to tell you" I teased rubbing the tip on my nose with his.

"Eskimo kiss~" Arthur repied, sneaking a kiss on Riley's lips. He smiled and chuckled, putting his hands on the small of her back.
"Tell me nooow?" He begged, kissing her noes affectionatly.

I felt a blush on my cheeks but I just shook my head and pressed my lips together. I brought my left hand to the corner of my mouth and made a zipping motion across my lips "You're gonna have to try harder than that" I said slyly, grinning wildely.

Arthur rolled his eyes and sighed.
"Ahh, i think i know what i can do.." He remarked.

I lie at Arthur's side, my head on his chest. We were in the gust bedroom of Alfred's house, we'd moved up there, since the couch was a tad to crampt. I sighed contently and then looked up at Arthur, unsure if he was awake. It was probably only around 9 or 10 at night, not even that late. I smiled at him and looked at the roof, trying to decide if it was a pale white or eggshell white. I got bored eventually then flipped on my stomach and looked at Arthur "Still want to know the inside joke?" I asked playfully.

Arthur flicked open his eyes, and smirked, rolling over onto his side to look at Riley.
"If you dont tell me.." He growled playfully kissing her lightly on the lips.

I sighed, not really caring if he knew the joke or not. I looked at him and smiled a bit bigger "Me and Alfred made this deal that we'd switch off, I get you on Odd days, and he gets you on Even days. Today is an odd day, so I get you all to myself. It was a joke though, I'm pretty sure we arn't even doing that" I smiled, half sure he'd take the joke in the right light.

Arthur's smile slowly went away, and he nodded slowly.
"So..you're..." His mind didn't process the fact that they were sharing. "Thats..interesting."

I sighed contently and snuggled a bit closer to Arthur, a bit chilled by the A.C. "Yeah, I guess, it's so you don't have to make a choice...You know, I hate choices. Cuz' you always look back and have that 'what if...' factor...What if I was pretty in High School and didn't have an abusive boyfriend, what if I didn't decide to be your friend, what if I wanted to please my dad, what if I expressed more emotion, what if I didn't get kicked out of college, what if I never picked up a bass in my life, what if they cancelled Biggest Loser, what if I'd gotten a dog when I was younger and actually enjoyed the company of animals, what if blah blah blah." I kept my head rested on Arthur's chest, my eyes shut. I yawned hugely and simply listened to Arthur's breathing, a little unsure of how he'd take what I just said.

"Well I guess it's not exactly a bad thing.." Arthur mused aloud, sighing confusedly.
"Who's idea was this?" He asked, rubbing small circles on Riley's back.

Downstairs, Alfred had been sleeping soundly on the couch, before he shook himself awake. He yawned, and stretched out his arms, walking lazily into the kitchen for some food.

( lol Alfred would get some food xD )

I rolled my shoulders back and rubbed my eyes "Alfred did..." I muttered casually.
