Tai giggled, chasing after a ball that bounced away. "Momma! Poppa! Look look!"

Kai growled cutely, trying to tug a toy from under Kodi's paw.

Katie smiled softly, watching her pups play. She noticed Fang leave, and slowly came out. "Why do you persist? I know he's your Dad but... Why?"

The ghost's face turned grim. "But he still believes you're not."

Katie smiled a little, lookng sad. "I think I understand I really do, it's because part of your father is inside you." she sang softly. " There is no good without bad, no joy without the sad... You love your father so, it makes ne angry he does t know."

"Your son knows the truth and you should too, this anger and violence is not you. A boy always want his father to be proud, but how can he think that if you scream your hatred aloud?" sang the ghost, looking at Fang.


Belladonna smirked, eyes blazing. "Dont listen to him who does he think he is? There's no part of you you've hid. Your chips are on the table and your cards are in plain sight. How dare these three, with their preaching wAste your night!"

The ghost angry for the first time that night. "Dont tell him it's wrong to feel. This isn't true, these visions, this isn't real! You aren't wrong, to feel remote, it makes you strong. Steer towards the right course! he sang, changing the ugly visions into nicer ones, ending up with Steele being rewarded.

Belladonna grimaced, as if watching some horrible display. She turned Steele to her, showng him the destruction he could cause and the pounds beyond pounds of meat he could steal from the butcher. "Life's way too short to fuss and pout. Do things our way, take the easy way out. Can you think of one holiday that went really well? I know you can't! They aren't so swell. You can be happy and bitter, living like a king. Look at the mutts inside, who live on trash- I bet that idea might sting!"

The ghost glared once more at Pakak, seething. " it may be true Cain dislikes Fang, but Fang could never be able to see your heart pang. You do what is right, for Steele, and Steele alone. If Cain willnot support you, let him roam." sang the ghost with a sage nod of the head.

Belladonna rolled her eyes. " that's a greT thing to say to a Dad! Choose one, the good or the bad. You're only doing this to have him o your side. What he chooses will condemn or save his own hide. Steele, you can't forget she lied. No explanatio did she even try. Why hate wolves for a trick of your eyes? When it's those lying wfdogs that should fry!"

The ghost moved his paw, making the food rot instantly. He showed images of Steele taking as he pleased, and being hit with anything people could find. "Dont fall for these tricks, I under tour feelings are mixed. Taking things easy is not the way, because it's in the afterlfe you'll pay!" he sang, showing Steele a set of chains one would find attached to an anchor, with his name on each link. "Though you are right, how cnan you win? When one sn wants to be good, and the other lve in sin? Why not try and show Cain the way? Explain these lessons to him, tell him of your plights. But it won't be easy, it won't happen overnight. But try and teach him now, befre he pays, and suffers for the rest of his days!"

Steele nodded, accepting it. "I understand, you're right, but there's one more thing I'd like to see tonight." he sung. "I've seen my eldist son, and it's taught I'm not the only one, not the only one for who I must care, but I'd like to see how well his mother fairs. Can you do that, Ghost of Christmas Present? Or is that something for which you are hesitant?"

"Oh are you sure you want that to be? You might not really like what you see!" sung Sakak with a laugh. "What if she's moved on to another dog? One whose eyes aren't in such a fog? Or worse yet, dead because of you? Would it break your heart if that were true?"

OOC: She's alive and helping wolves and dogs in the wilderness as a healer.

The ghost smled and seemed to relax as Steele asked to see Sable. Wordlessly he lifted them up and began to fly.


Belladonna gagged, looking extremely sickened. "Dont say we didn't warn, don't say we didn't speak true. Do you really think after what you did to her, Sable still loves you? I couldn't any girl in right mind do that. But I could see her gving you a good slap!" she laughed softly. "You know, if she knew you were there."

Sable appeared slowly as they flew. She had a mouthful of herbs and a line of sick and wounded. There were bot dogs and wolves in her presence, each being cared for tenderly.

The ghost smiled, landing slowly. "She loves you. Watch."

OOC: Sorry, just a small part playing Sable.

Sable sighed as the crowd left, and hung her head. A few tears we t down her face as she looked up the sky. "I hope you're safe my baby... My Fang. I even hope you're okay Steele. You gave me a beautiful son and... I can't help but thi k of both of you. You both have Merry Christmas." she said with a smile.

Steele starts crying. "She...she still loves me?" he asked, shocked. "I don't believe it...she still loves me after everything..."

Sakak gagged. "Yuck! I hate sympathy!" he yelled. "Anyway, I think there's one more guilt trip this ghost has for you, Steele."

The ghost smiled softly and placed a paw on Steele's shoulder. "Of course she does. But thos two are right about one thing: there is one more thing you need to see." with this, they lfted back up into the air, heading to Juneau.


Belladonna sighed. "Oh golly gee... More sob stories, am I right?" she asked, feeling bad about knowing who was next.
