Jared grabbed the gun, cocking it in preparation. After shooting it a few times, he knew it had quite a kick. He braced himself and the gun, firing a round of bullets at the Unknown.

Jared hoped the stab meant the fight was over, mainly so he could go back and boast that he did help in the fight. Even if it wasn't much.

Agito disarmed Feminius and then slashed her across the chest, knocking her back.
Feminius fell to her knees, then looked up to a building to see the Overlord of Darkness. "Master! Heal me so I may smite Agito!" she begged. The Overlord shook his head and ignored her. She growled, furious at her master's denial of healing. She, enraged, lashed out at a passing bystander, killing her, however it wasn't a seed of Agito.
"Feminius!" yelled the Overlord, appaled. "You have broken the taboo! Lords are not to kill normal humans!"
"You wouldn't heal me so I could destroy Agito!" replied Feminius.
"No matter, the sentence for killing a normal human...death!" ordered the Overlord.

The Overlord held out his hand and seemed to force Feminius' hands to move towards her head. Then with a sudden snap, Feminius broke her own neck and fell to the ground dead, then vanished into thin air.

Jared's mouth would've dropped, but he was to surprised and shocked to move. And fearful. He had just witnissed a guy who had already intimidated him forcing someone to commit suicide. It would've freaked anyone out.
