"Of course you will." Loki said, "You're Sayy-di."

Sadie let out a small grin.

"Sadie?" Loki asked, "Do you think we'll make it out alive?" he said, quietly, and seriously. His voice was full of curiosity, but also had the tone of being frightened.

sadie's grin disappeared as quickly as it hhad appeared. "I hope so," she said.

Loki sighed, but then a human unlocked his cage. They took him into a lab room. He yelped, and they set him on cold, metal table. They did a full body examination on him, and found his broken leg. They splinted it. They took blood, but not for a DNA test. For those other tests, for Luekimia, and such.
They brought him back out into the cage room, and slipping him in a cage.
(You can decide if it's the one in or next to Sadie's.)

Sadie was glad that Loki was slipped in the cage she was contained in, and immediatly rushed up to him worriedly. "You okay?" she asked.

"Yeah, I'm ok. They took off my muzzle." he licked her cheek.

"Next time they seperate us, they better be wearing some protective gear," Sadie said, pressing herself up against Loki.

Loki sighed with happiness. He licked Sadies head, smoothing the fur on top of it. "Sadie, I have to tell you something..." he whispered, only loud enough for her to hear him.

Sadie's brown eyes looked at Loki with concern and curiousity. "What is it Lo?" she asked, using a his teasing nickname to feel atleast soem scrap of familiarity in this terrifying and seemingly hopeless situation.

"I um," he shuffled his paws nervously, "love you." he whispered.

Sadie immediatly wanted to blush, her brown eyes softening. Her golden frame pressed against Loki's body. "I love you too," she said, her words a soft murmur.

Loki licked her head again. "Love you more, Sayydi." he teased, it obvious in his vioce.

"Not possible Lo," she said, simlnig. THen the smile disappeared. "Do you really think Abby is going to come?"

Loki snapped back to reality, "Don't know..." he said.
