WOODLAND PARK..........

Kau gulped down the chicken breast he was eating and as a result let out a huge loud burp! "Oh Excuse me" he said, then ran over to Kolt, Sadie, and Cleo.

Toa giggled when he burped, then gulped own the sausage she was eating and followed Kau; close on his heels.

Hi Kolt, remember me; Kau from central park around 6 months ago-and my friend here Toa? His tail was wagging swiftly; "Sadie has told us all about you-and Shakira".

Hi Kolt, How did you escape front your cage? Asked Toa her tail wagging rapidly

THE LAB.......

The fourth screw flew through the air and hit Onyx on is nose he gasped in surprise but wasn't hurt; hit bounced off and fell down between the metal slats of his cage.

"Well done Kolt" Said Luke his tail waging in excitement and making a clinling sound as it hit the bars of his cage.

Quick everyone sit down and be quiet, Stinko is coming Said Suki.

(Stinko is their name for the night-watchman who rarely washed and never used deodorant)

Stinko had heard the clang of Kolt's cage-roof landing on the floor, and ran into the dog room "what was that noise?" He said aloud "Oh, a dog has escaped, through the roof and the door is open but the alarm didn't go off how odd. Stinko picked up Kolt's roof and put it onto the cage, swearing and calling the dogs awful names. Then he yawned, He got a key out of his pocket, went out of the door and slammed it behind him, locking it.

He walked off and sat down on the chair and was soon asleep.

"Phew, at least he didn't hurt any of us Said Shakira, I was worried he might hit us or something!"

"Yes but what cheek calling us all those horrid names, don't use them Sweetie, only nasty people do that said Aleu.

"Absolutely" said Onyx he cocked his head "I don't believe it, he's gone back to sleep; I can hear him snoring! Onyx laughed "Stinko Lazybones!"

"Yeah, your right Onyx, I can hear him too" Aleu said to the big black dog laughing as well she grinned at Luke and the other dogs.

They all laughed too, they were in high spirits contemplating being rescued from the torture-chamber, lab they had been living in for varying amounts of time.

"Shouldn't we be headed to the place?" Riley asked out, not really to any one, though she knew Nuka and others could hear her. She shook her muti-colored fur, her necklace swinging around her neck.

Senidy heard a roll of thunder. she jumped up in surprise.

Nooka ran and hid under Senidy.

Cana was right behind Nooka.

Shanya jumped as she heard the thunder.

Tomorrow we are going to our old house (which is rented out) to remove our possessions for the move into our new one. Then on wednesday I am traveling, so I'm busy then too, Ill try to post something over those next two days.

OOC: I will rewrite and post the important parts of the rescue plan.

Oh bother this might delay us, well Ill have to figure out how far a way it is and which direction it is moving in thought Nuka when he heard the thunder.
Nuka trotted over to the bridge; and looked in the direction he had heard the thunder come from-south; to the far end of Central Park; in the direction he had heard the thunder. A couple of minutes later he saw a bolt of lightning; he started counting "1, 2, 3........." He got to thirty before he heard the next roll of thunder and divided the time by 5. He could feel the wind coming from behind him-in a northerly direction (from north to south). Good the storm is heading away from us, and the direction we are going to head in he thought.

Cale; unlike the other 2 pups actually liked thunderstorms; he went over to Cana and Nooka "you know thunderstorms aren't so bad" he said to them. "Lightning is beautiful, if you can get over your fear of it, you can see the different shapes and colours of the lightning, tonight it is a pale blue."

Nuka went back to the group of dogs "the storm is 6 miles away and heading south, so it's heading away from us and the direction we are going to go in!
"Hey Cana Nooka; Cale is right there isn't any danger from thunderstorms if it isn't over us; and it can be beautiful too.
When you are used to me and my friend Papi who is very nice; I will give the leaving call, then we can leave for the lab, we will be running away from the storm. It's moving south-in the opposite direction to which we will be running in! Come on Nooka you can be brave I believe in you;"
he smiled at the pup.
He went over to Riley, a dog he had always had a lot of respect for, he liked her but as a good friend; he had never had a crush on her. "Hi Riley sorry for the delay, but we should be going in five or ten minutes, I think it will take 1 1/2-2 hours to get there. When we arrive we will quickly talk about the plan, including when you will go and handle the guard dog."

Senidy nudged the two pups "it's alright........."

Cana looked at Cale and creeped out from under Senidy. she stood beside Cale

Nooka stayed put and shook. there's to many dogs here.........and now thunder? he sighed and stayed put.

Shanya saw some lightning and screamed.

Senidy glanced up at Shanya.

Cana rolled her eyes at Shanya. baby.....

"But how to get Nooka to move so we can go to the lab,? we really must move soon" Nuka said to Cana "is ther anything we can do to help him?. If Nooka wold like to I have a shed where he cold stay instead of coming with us; it has lots of hay and is quite cosy. There is food and water there too it is only about half a minutes walk away from here. He is of course welcom to come wit us but like I said we must get moving soon; the storm is moving away from us, and the direction we want to be going in!"

Cana looked at the scared-half-to-death Nooka and back to Nuka. "i'll ask him......." she went under Senidy. "hey.........Nooka? do you REALLY wanna come to the rescue?"

Nooka shook his head in a hurry.

Cana walked back up to Nuka. "he doesn't wanna come.........."

Senidy saw a dog walk into the park. he had a callor but he looked and smeeled like a street dog. she looked down at Nooka. "i'll be right back........." she walked up to the knew dog. "hello........."

Bany looked at the black female dog and reconized her scent. "Senidy is that you?"

Shanya looked around. ugh! street mutts everywhere!

Senidy smiled really big. "BANY!"

Bany smiled as big as Senidy. "SENIDY!"

OOC1: I decided to change Onyxe's colour after all it will now be:orange!
OOC2: when Nuka and Cana return Nuka will announce the leaving for the Lab, ill go and writ it tonight!

Nuka smiled at Nooka and walked to his shed, standing by the door he said "there is food and water in there and behind the shed there is a sand box if you need to use the toilet. There is lots of hay for you to snuggle up in, you'll be safe and cosy until we return in the morning and sweetie will be with us!
And now to return the rest of the group then leave for the lab; coming Cana?"

Flashback: (a little before Nuka suggested that Nooka stay in Nuka's shed):

"Papi, please could you go and turn on the tap into the dog drinking trough at the drinking fountain next to Great Hill? Asked Nuka.

"OK" said Papi he ran off to the drinking fountain at full speed and pressed the button with his paw; water flowed into the trough. It's low enough for the pups, and the timer will turn it off when the trough is full that should take about 3 minutes, by then everyone will be here. And there is even a nice clean bowl separate from the trough that will fill too for Shanya; so she can drink without worrying about getting any germs. Papi thought he ran back to The Pool and the other dogs.

The present time:

"Hey Shanya Papi has just been to fill a drinking trough for everyone to have a drink from on the way out; there is also a nice clean hygienic drinking bowl for you to drink from!" Said Solo to the pink poodle.

Nuka smiled at the pups then walked back to the other dogs.
"Right everyone, I think we are just about ready to leave, but on the way out I suggest we have a drink from the drinking fountain trough; Papi went to fill it a couple of minutes ago."
Nuka went over to Riley and spoke quietly to her "Hi Riley; before we go to the lab we are gong to stop briefly in Woodland Park to meet up with Sadie, Toa and Kau. I will go over the rescue plan; and find out any information they may have gathered too.
Riley if It's OK with you I would like to ask a couple of questions on the way to the lab; if you could be at the front of the group with me?"

"Ok everyone Lets go! Said Nuka."
Papi, Prima, Cale, Rocky, Dodger, Millie, Tanga, Skull and Solo all followed him to the drinking trough which was now full of water and started to drink; waiting for the other dogs to come too.
