Kisasi still stared at Hatima with his mouth open. After 10 more minutes, Hatima stood up and started to walk away, and that's when it happened. "You're pregnant?!" Kisasi yelled, barreling after Hatima. "This is the best thing that has ever happened! When are they due? How did you find out? Do you know how many? What are we going to name them? Do you know what gender they are?" Kisasi asked all these questions extremely fast as he bounced around Hatima in an excited daze. "This couldn't be more perfect timing." Kisasi said calming down and padding up to Hatima and nuzzling her.

"Oh my god I can't believe this Hatima. You're having cubs! My cubs!!" Kisasi was having trouble calming down. "I bet they'll be as beautiful as you. And now we can raise them without much danger now that we are here!" Kisasi was shaking with excitement and happiness.

Kisasi woke the next morning pressed up against Hatima. Last night came rushing back to him in an instant. He smiled to himself as he remembered Hatima's news. You're going to be father! His conscience screamed at him. He shifted aside as he felt Hatima wake up next to him.

"Me? Why me?" Kisasi asked with a hint of panic in his voice. He was afraid of how Karani would take it and he wasn't exactly the best at delievering news; good or bad.
