Warbler nodded eagerly wanting to play.
"Uh huh, i live with Prince. A big grey Wolf!!" She said proudly.

Duke's ears folded back against his head.
"Where is he?" Duke questioned.

Warbler cocked her head. "Why do you ask? Do you know him?" She questioned, turning around. "You know, nevermind, common Duck." She said, begining to trot off.

"Duke," he corrected her. "Not Duck. Duke."
But as he began to follow her he started to take the lead, walking ahead of her, using his nose as a guide.

Warbler blushed and trotted up beside him.
"Sorry Duc-Duke..." She said, wagging her tail when she saw Prince and bolted over to him.
"Look Prince!! It's Duck-Er..i mean Duke." She explained happily.

Prince raised his head to look over at the male that walked over with Warbler. He instantly rose to his feet. Duke stopped a few feet away from Prince and just stared at him, his ears pinned flat against his head, his tail in between his legs.

Warbler looked from Duke to Prince.
"Woah....you guys look alike....WHat's wrong Duke??" She asked, seeing his submissive position.

Prince could move his eyes from Duke's he recognized the colors and markings.
Duke lowered himself to the ground, and whimpered. "Hi.." was all he could say.
Prince shook his head. "...You're...Khonny's kid aren't you?" Duke nodded. "Meaning.."
"I'm your son," Duke finished for him.

Warbler sat quietly, looking back and forth from Prince to Duke.
"You have a mate? Prince you said you were Loooonelyyy and would never find annyyyyooone..." She complained, then looking at Duke again. "So you're my brother!!" She woofed happily, forgetting the 'half' part of the brother.

Prince folded his ears back, thinking of Khonny. "Get on up," he told Duke who remained his submissive pose. "Ain't no use in acting like you've done something wrong."
Duke sat up, staring, seemingly in wonder at Prince. "Mom's told me a lot about you," he said, then turned to Warbler. "Prince is you're dad too?"

Warbler nodded, then stopped thinking about it.
"Well....kinda i guess. Adopted father. But a dad all the same." She remarked with a smile.

Duke smiled slightly, then looked back up at Prince, his smile fading.
"Mom said you left.." Duke said. "Why'd..you leave us?"
Prince looked off, his ears folding back. "It doesn't matter now.."

Warbler sat quietly after retrieving iggy and chewing on one of his tentacles. She looked up at Prince and then back at Duke.
they look uncannily similar, she thought.

"Mom sent me to find you," Duke said, Prince sighed.
"I'm going to the stream," he stated, standing. "I'll be back in a few minutes." He commenced to walking off through the brush to the stream.

Warbler stopped her chewing and watched Prince stride off, leaving her and Duke.
"soo....Duke.....you have a cool name." She said, trying to strike a conversation.
