Suddenly, the monitar nearby distorted to reveal Black Doom, well Vakishim disguised as Black Doom. "Shadow...I've found you at last." he said with an evil laugh.

"What?!" asked Sonic. "That can't be who I think it is!"

"Who is that?" asked Mirai, not knowing what Black Doom looked like.

Shadow widened his eyes in astonishment. "No..." he whispered. "It can't be!" he said a little louder. Suddenly, he got angry and took a fighting stance. "What are you doing here, and how did you find me?!" he demanded.

Tails whispered to Mirai, "That's Black Doom, the creature used to create Shadow and he wants to have him by his side to take over the universe. He's returned!"

"That's not important, what is important is I've come for my revenge!" yelled Black Doom. "And I made a little deal with Yapool to ensure I'll get it, you see, Yapool has the ability to bring the dead back to life, but he can't control them unless they're evil, but that doesn't mean ressurrecting a kind person isn't worth while," he said, moving out of the way to reveal the now conscious ressurected Maria.

OOC: Mind being her? I'd like her to live through this though.

"Shadow...is that...Maria?" asked Sonic, having seen pictures.

Maria's soft blue eyes lit up when they saw Shadow. "Shadow?" she said happily in her sweet voice. "I haven't seen you in so long!"

Shadow's gaze softened, but instantly tightened it up again. "How can that really be her?" he questioned. "She was killed by GUN years ago, and...why would you be willing to bring her back?"

Ooc:// How do you want Maria to act?

"Simple, because I know that you'll do anything to have her back," said Doom. "If you want her, come to the location this video feed is coming from and fight me, you may bring your friends to reach me, but if they interfer in the fight, she'll be returned to the grave." he said. He said, he vanished, but let Maria stay on to talk to him.

OOC: I think she's mainly a kind, gentle person is all, she did want Shadow not to be bitter because of what happened and protect the Earth as her last wish and all. Basically, the Vakishim is enacting is to lure Shadow into fighting hims in a fury while Yapool collects the minus energy to make a new monster.

Ooc:// Yes, and I know how Maria usually acts and all, I just wanted to be clear on the plan.

Shadow stood normally as he faced the holographic Maria. "I can't believe it's really you..." he said, fighting tears. "And don't worry, I'll be there to fight Black Doom and save you!"

"It sounds alot like a traaaap!" Gerath warned in a singsong voice.

"I'm so happy to see you again, Shadow!!" chirped Maria, ignoring Gerath's comment. "I can't wait to meet again, and I've missed you so!"

"I've missed you too." replied the black hedgehog, his eyes beginning to water at the thought of what had happened to her. "I'll be there as soon as I can, and Black Doom will pay for all that he has done to me! But most of all, I'll have you back again." As the video feed vanished with a 'blip', Shadow turned around and walked out the door with a purpose, and commanded, "Tails, start up the engine. We're going."

Tails protested, "But that sounds an awful lot like a trap! This could be the scheme Eggman and Yapool were up to!"

"Tails, there's something all Ultras know, no matter what the risk to us, if its within our power to save someone, we save them." said Mirai.

Sonic nodded. "I've got to agree with him, we're going."

OOC: Oh, and Maria was cured of her disease when Yapool revived her. She's basically her normal self besides that. What I'm planning is when he's defeated as his disguised form, Vakishim will reveal his true self but the real Black Doom will show up and kill him, then launch his own attack seperately.

Ooc:// Ok, that's cool. And I was wondering about her disease... oh well. You answered it.

"But Soniiiic!" Tails whined. "If a wanted criminal says, 'Come to this place and meet me there', don't you think they're going to do something to you? It's common sense!"

"And what're the chances that he'll just hand her over to you?!" contributed Gerath. "There's some kind of catch to this, I can smell it!"

Ooc:// It seems as though the kids are the smarter ones...

Bic:// Shadow stopped and glared at Tails and Gerath. "I haven't seen Maria for so many long years, and you're telling me not to go to her when I have the chance? She was killed right before my eyes, and now that she's alive again, you expect me to listen to you?! Not this time, fox." And with that, he kept walking toward the plane, his pace a bit faster.

Sally uncertainly shifted her position. "I'm on edge about this," she whispered to herself, "but if he beat Black Doom once, he certainly can do it again." And she began walking to the plane again.

Sonic followed him. "Tails, its aways a trap, but since when has that stopped us?" he asked. "This is Shadows first chance at happyness for years, we might not always get along, but I think if our roles were reversed, he'd help me."

Mirai followed. "I'm helpping as well, its my job to help innocents."

OOC: Also, since about the only thing Doom has to qualify as giant monsters are his 'Devil Doom' form and Black Bull, maybe we could team him with a very simular Ultra villian named Commander Black, they've got a lot in common, they're ruthless tyrants, have no compassion or sense of humor, and don't care one bit for their menions, and they also have Black in both their names, Commander Black commands 11 monsters called the Flying Saucer Beasts so that'd give Doom some weapons to match against Yapool and Mebius. IT'd be this universe's Commander Black since Mebius' one was killed by a bunch of kids Leo had befriended and trained. What do you think? This is what he looks like:

Ooc:// I think you're a very self-sufficient roleplayer! Let me tell ya; I've roleplayed with people who had no idea what the topic was about. And that's not fun. And I like this idea! It matches very well with Black Doom.

Tails was about to protest more, but stopped and followed, his strides uneven. He hopped into the cockpit and fired up the engine. "I'll track the hologram's connection." he said with a heaved sigh. He pushed a few buttons, and on the screen came a map of where the video cam from. "I found it." said the small fox, unexcitedly.

OOC: Thanks, yeah, I've seen that happen too, not fun. Yeah, I think it works, I'll be Black too, since I've seen all his episodes and know the names of all his monsters and such. They are Silver Bloome, Black Dome, Absorba, Demos, Black Garon, Blizzard, Hanglar, Black Terrina, Satan Moa (pronounced 'Satin Moa' strangely, Japanese pronounciation, anyway, she's a huge robotic bird, not demonic or anything), Nova, and his final, most powerful monster, Black End. Black End is powerful enough to devastate an entire city in one move.

"Gerath, do you want to come or stay behind?" asked Sora.

Mirai nodded. "Don't worry, Shadow, we've all got your back, no matter what." he said, and in truth, he was very determined to help them. "If need be, I'll even merge my own life force with her to keep her alive."

"I know it's a trap..." said Gerath, "But I still think this is cool!" he laughed as he jumped into the jet. "I's haven't had this much adventure since space camp!"

"Glad to hear that." returned Shadow, saluting weakly with only two fingers. "It says you can't interfere, though. This is between me and Doom."

OOC: I'm going to do a little scene with Black and Doom to set things up. Black's first monster will kill Vikishim instead.

"Doesn't say we can't watch, or if he tries to cheat help you out." said Sonic, smiling.

In space, the real Black Doom stood with his new friend, Commander Black, watching events. "This could work out quite nicely." said Black Doom. "Commander, summon your first monster to Earth and wait for our signal."

Black nodded, pulling out his crystal ball and raised it up. "Come to me, Silver Bloome!" he said, the ball glowing.

On a planet that had moved into the solar system, a creature reacted, it appeared to be a massive sparkling Jellyfish, its tendrils receeded inside itself as it spun through space towards Earth.

OOC: True to their name, nearly all the Flying Saucer Beasts have a secondary form they can become to travel through space to Earth.
