Vani listens intently. "It might be. I think if they do find me though, they'll do something drastic to me. Letting the prey get away is a serious issue." she gnaws on a piece of soup bone. Barking echoes through the alley. "I'd better leave now." Vani says urgently,"I have to get out of here before they find me. Good luck with your..friend..." Vani walks over to him and nuzzles him gently. "thats my way of saying thanks. You won't be hearing from me for a while now, I'm going to go to the village in the hills." Vani gazes at him trying to imprint his face on her mind. Then with a nod and a smile, she disappears down the alleyway."

Zion tilts his head then hears some more barking, quickly zion grabs the last meat he saw and flees out ofthe alley and across the street, luckily unseen he runs up the hill to the forest, slowing down he makes his way to his and haileys den. after a few minuites of walking and panting. zion with food rolled overh is back and in his mouth arrives at the den and walks into the cave seeing little hailey sleep quietly. he drops the meat and walks up to hailey looking over her with a smile. leaning in he licks hailey on the cheek "My love you awake?"

Hailey eats as much as she can until she has a full stomach. There was still a little bit left over, Hailey puts it on a cold rock then steps outside, "that was delicious, thanks honey." she sits next to Zion and nuzzles him gently in thanks.
