I don't see a blooper and that's from Balto 3. This is Balto 2.

To also add, its not a blooper. Its just a frame of the movie that looks that way.

I know that. bloopers are mistakes made in the animation, like jenna missing eyes for a frame (lol)
i know you can find things like that one like every second in the movie. plus, i didnt post it.
