"Guess so," Kali frowned, still staring out the rough window. She finally turned around. "Alright. Well, there's two beds. You and Zane take them, I'll sleep on the floor," she said, glancing towards the small, probably uncomfortable beds. Not that the floor was much better.
Zane frowned. "You sleep in the bed, Kali. I'll take the floor."
"No way, Loverboy," Kali said, crossing her arms stubbornly.

Zane rolled his eyes. "No need to worry. I don't snore."
"How would you know? You're alseep the whole time," Kali retorted.

A liquid rumble filled the small cabin, and Kali jumped, taken by surprise.
Zane looked sheepish. "Sorry," he said.
Kali couldn't help but laugh at his expression and tone.
