Cody let go of Shay's hand and knelt down on his knee. He then looked into Shay's beautiful silvery blue eyes for a long time to build up his courage and then asked pulling out a small black box and opening it to show a beautiful diamond ring "Shailynn Asher Raven will you marry me?"

Cody kissed her as many times as she kissed him. He then said "You made me the happiest boy on earth too. And I will keep the marriage secret. I know a werewolf priest. He is my best friend and he already knows about us. That is the only person I told." Cody then got up and helped Shay up and held her in his arms but didn't pick her up. He wanted to walk with her.
