(Ok thanks guys for the permission thing, this is unpaused now and we were at the point where somone tried to kidnap Blue and shot Arken and Blue when they tried to get away, Lou heard and has taken Blue and Arken inside, everyone else seem to be asleep, this is just for people who aren't sure what's happened)

(Well the last 2 or 3 pages have been a bit tricky to understand, but before that it's not that hard to get, everyone was having a go on the agility equipment and it started to get dark and rain so Lou got them all in the kennels, when they were all asleep someone tried to kidnap Blue, Arken tried to rescue her and they both ended up getting shot but Blue escaped. Lou heard the noise and came out to see what the matter was and is now calling the vets to get them to come and help Arken and Blue, and Dess is also inside trying to help)

Arken felt eyes upon him and glanced to Dess slowly, wagging his curled tail gently before leading down from the sill and sat besides her "hey.. you ok?" he asked, his tone hinted with worry, she seemed a bit more shocked then even himself was.

Dess smiled,"Oh, it's really nothing Arken. I- I don't know how to explain..." She sat there for a while, realizing how tired she was. She flopped down on the floor and yawned,"Humans, I suppose, are the reason." She blinked slowly, curling her tail over her legs and yawned again.

'Come...ON!' Lou hissed through gritted teeth. At last the phone was answered, and a man at the other end said 'hello?' Lou breathed a sigh of relief. 'Oh thank god i've been trying to call for ages, it's an emergency, someone shot two of my dogs and they are bleeding quite badly' she gasped, glancing at Blue and Arken in the kitchen. 'Ok we will be over right away' the man said, and put down the phone. Lou walked up to Blue, she still seemed cold so she dropped to her knees and hugged Blue's neck. 'It's going to be ok Blue' Lou whispered.

Blue nuzzled her chest happily, then licking her face "I-I..I'm ok Lou...realy.Go check up on Arken and Dess." She knew she couldn't hear her, but she though that maybe she could get the message.

Lou looked over at Arken and Dess, Arken was bleeding pretty badly too. 'Arken, come here boy, and Dess, try and get a bit of rest before the vets get here' she called softly. She let go of Blue and stood up, all her sadness and shock washed away and replaced by a seething anger for the men that did this. It was all going so well, why did they have to come here she thought angrily.

Blue rolled up into a ball of fur and closed her eyes, not sleeping..thinking.'Maybe I wasn't the one for Arken..there are others, I'll be ok.." She finnaly agrred the argument that she had kept open for the past few days.Closed.She looked around, a truck pulled up, it had Vet on the side.A man came to the door, ringing the bell impatiantly.

'Oh thank goodness' Lou said, rushing over to the door, 'please, there over there.' She pointed at Blue and Arken, and the vet went to look at Arken. Another vet appeared and walked over to Blue. 'Hey Arken, it's going to be ok now, just let the vets look after you' Lou said, patting Arken's head. She sat down next to Dess and stroked her slowly, watching the vets work on Blue and Arken.

Arken looked up to the man in the white vet suit and instantly stood up snarling defiantly. His fur stood on end as he associated the white with one of the suicidal bombers back in Irak. His fangs bared instantly, with cut-throat precision he lunged to the men, his large claws, and more then massive weight through the man down against his back, hitting the floor roughly. He barked voraciously at the man, 2 inch canines snapped dangerously to the air right above the man's head. His eyes lidden with rage as hot spit fell upon his face from the dog's tendrils.

((ooh snap, Arky getting mad, and so you understand my post, he has not bitten the men, just threw him down and is now towering over him about to bite him because the vet's outfit reminds him about them bad peoples in irak 83)

Lou let out a small scream and rushed over to Arken. She grabbed him round the chest and tried to tug him off the man. 'Arken it's ok, they are just here to help, don't bite them or you will have to go back to Death Row' she whispered gently, trying to calm her wobbling voice. She glanced worriedly at the vet sprawled on the phone, and then stroked Arken down his nose, wrapping her hand around his muzzle and trying to gentle force his mouth shut to hide his canines.

Blue's eye's widened at Arken's force "Arken!No!I-I..NO!" She yelped.
