OOC: Sorry everyone but plans have changed I probably wont post Nuka's leaving call until Wednesday the 29th, this due to several reasons:
1 I got a PM from Art she is on vacation for a week; giving her until Wednesday will give her time to post
2 The internet connection here is awful; we are using a Dongle (an external USB internet connection device). It is very slow and my parents, a crew member and I are using it so I can't get online too often.
3 I'm busy, with friends etc and I'm also tiered posting a home is just easier.

Sorry for the delay, by Wednesday the 29th evening (UK time) thing really should be back to normal. I will however post some things in the meantime. Replies to any posts you make, Tanga's picture, post/s about Tanga Skull and Millie; something about some humans and maybe other stuff.

At Woodland Park....

"Hello Cleo!" said Toa; when Sadie went into her daydream she smiled and played with Cleo. Then she felt Cleo climb onto her and nibble her ear Toa giggled "that tickles, but I like it" she said her tail wagging rapidly and flicking dead leaves around.

Kau smiled at the pair of them "looks like you've got a new friend" he said wagging his tail he noticed Sadie had blanked out but guessed she was daydreaming, despite the fact it was a little over an hour before midnight!

"Yeah" replied Toa "but she is, well will be Sadie and Kolt's adopted pup!"

(This is not a post that says I am ready to help in the rescue plan. I will not be able to help until the 28/29 ish. But I do want to help! I will also be adding into two adult male characters when I return.)

Riley was stunned by how many dogs were there. It made her whine to herself. She shook her head though. Riley! You are the best female stray there is on the New York streets. This is nothing! Riley silently talked to herself to lift her spirits. She put a smile on her snowy white maw, for any dog that might look her way. The australian shepherd stood up. A necklace swayed around her neck, something she had found when she was a pup. The orange really brought out her brown eyes. It also made her look like a house pet, but Riley was of course street dog, through and through. She passed the pink poodle, snarlinf softly, annoyed with the stuck up brat. She kept her head low. She walked over to Nuka and poked her pink nose into his shoulder. "Nuka." She said softly. "I know there is a gaurd dog there. At the lab. He... well. We know each other. Lets just keep it at that." She was clearly hiding some sort of information about the dog dog's past. "I can take care of him though." She mummered. Her head turned and looked at all the other dogs. "You clearly don't need me any where else. So many of us." Riley said, and again wore the fake smile on her maw. Even though Riley was a famous stray, known for her adventures, her bold and daring personality, she was a bit shy. The most dogs she had ever been around was five, and she was okay, and happy with that. This group was over double. Riley wasn't getting any spot light, which she was very used to getting. She was completly alright with not having the attention though. She didn't need it from some many at once. And this was a rescue mission. The only attention being given should be to the dogs that are being caged up. "He is a large doberman. I can handle just fine on my own though. I can walk with everone towards the front of the group. I want all his attention on me. I don't want anyone to get hurt." The long haired dog looked over at the pups in the group, "Even more so one of the pups." She remarked, brown eyes looking back at Nuka. She had to look upwards, for he was a few inches taller then the slender female.

Cleo Looked over at Kau and barked happily and Continued chewing toa's ear gentally and Sadie smiled and began to look for the other dogs to come.

Yes, I understand this. Maybe if you read closer you would have seen I mention it was a Doberman. A gaurd dog, not the human gaurd that Sadie will be taking care of. Sorry for the misunderstanding there. Riley is not taking a job from anyone what so ever. I was making her, her own part in the rescue. To make it more intresting. For myself, and others as well.

5 hours earlier............

Allan was the father of Lilly; the little girl who Aleu rescued from drowning in The Pond earlier that day; (see page 12).
He was talking with his wife Debbie, her sister Eveie and his brother Jim; (Jim and Eveie were married to each other like their brother and Sister Allan and Debbie.)
"They may only be dogs but I want to do something for them more than just feeding them. We can never truly repay them for saving Lilly, she's irreplaceable! I do have an idea though; we could build a wooden shelter for all the dogs!" "Absolutely, said Eveie; we cold never have another niece like Lilly;" "Indeed" Jim agreed.
"Good idea about the shelter" said Jim; "Ill provides the wood and the labour; my trainees will be happy to help." (Jim owns a saw mill and is a carpenter. He also trains homeless people and gives them food and board for free in return for work and a small amount of money.) "So how big do you think the shed should be; where should we build it; and how about planning permission? Jim asked. "We should build it near the other dog shed; the one for the big black and white husky" Allan replied. "I can get planning permission as I am on the Central Park Board and we are allowed to build some structures there" Allan said.
"We should make it big enough for 40 dogs" said Debbie; "then many strays can use it; we'll call it 'The Dog House'!" she grinned.
Yeah, and you can make beds too Jim; and as for bedding I can get plenty of straw; and keep it clean" said Eveie. (Eveie is the lady who looks after Nuka's shed; keeping it clean and providing food and water!)

5 Year old Lillie's bed time was 7:30 on weekends "I will draw doggy pictures for the walls" Lilly said "the doggies saved me from dying in water!"
"That would be nice Lilly" Said Debbie, hugging her and thinking for the hundredth time how grateful she was to the dogs.

"Well; will start tomorrow, also we need food bowls Eveie" Allan said.
"Great" said Eveie "I am going to get pictures of the hero dogs tomorrow;" "and I will do an article on the rescue Said Debbie." (Eveie is a newspaper Photographer and; Debbie is a Journalist for the same newspaper agent: 'Good News!'.

"Eveie I know we never really approved of strays but since some saved Lilly I've changed my mind" Jim said "me too" replied Eveie (star is their dog!). "I think we should let Star off the lead at the park to make friends with the strays, and she dose have her vaccinations and parasite treatment up to date." Jim smiled "I agree" he said.

Sitting under the table Star was listening to everything the humans said she was getting exited about being let off the lead to mingle with the strays. Perhaps I can get to know Dodger better she thought smiling. (She had had a secret crush on him for a while;) And freedom from the lead too that will be great.
I think the humans said we were going to have a meeting with Solo's and Millie's owners tomorrow perhaps I can talk them then after all they jut live down the street!

OOC: I changed my mind about he pics of Millie, Skull, and Tanga, I will post all 3 separately (but in the same post) at a later date possibly with a description about the pic.
