Feather lifted her head back up "Sure....to the beach?" She asked as she stood up, knowing that the beach was all the way across Nome, but it was a nice day.

Ban-Shee ignored the bit of meat and tore off after Feather, passing the half-breed in a second's time. She splashes into the water that filled the beach and laughed. Come over here Feather, the water's great! She grinned and thumped her tail into the water, making it shimmer as it splashed high into the air.
Ban-Shee spotted Balto and yipped, grinning. Hey Balto, wanna join us? she asked.

Feather heard her owner calling for her and she stopped "Oh no...please!" She said as he came down the hill, with a beer in his hand "Come here ya stupid mutt!" He said as he picked her up by the scruff on her back and walked her home, as Feather looked as Ban-shee with a look on her face that said "Help me!" But she was already in the house.
"Crash!" Went another plate as cranberry sauce and yams painted the ground "No...daddy..please..I-I-I didn't mean to!I promise daddy!Please!" She said as she fell onto the food and glass covered ground "Again...ag-ag-again." She said as her girl cried as she felt her father's brutal hits into her stomach, that was covered in glass.Feather barked as her pushed her down and screamed at her "Shut it!" He screamed to the covered cage.She heard him walking towards her as Lucy screamed "No!No daddy!" She screamed, yet again as Mike flipped over the cage, Feather flew and hit the sides brutaly as the cage smashed the ground and Mike laughed "Your sick!" She screamed as Feather yelped, trying to get her paw out of the cage hole.She snarled, not giving up her pride as she looked as the window, and saw Twilight, she barked at the window to say "Hi!" but then relized, she didn't want her to see her like this.But Mike had already picked her up and threw her "Stop!" She snapped as her eyes flared with anger as Mike kicked her for snarling "No!I'm not going to let you do this anymore!" Lucy said, standing between the two "Get out of the way!" Mike screamed as her tossed her too the side like a old toy he didn't like anymore, Feather then pounced on him and tore up his face, and neck.He bled badly as he picked up his gun and shook as he aimed at her head "I'm sorry Lucy....I'm sorry I couldn't save you...I'm sorry I couldn't save us." She said as he pulled the trigger, but his shaky posture threw him off and instead hit her ear, so he pulled it again, this time it hit her sholder and Feather looked at Lucy and stood there with blood flowing from her body as she limped out and glanced at Twilight.

Lucy watched as the dog swooped in and hurt her father, she ran off and found Feather, laying on the grass, in a pool of blood, just laying there.Not whimpering or flenching as Lucy looked at her, her hand covering her stomach and she held her pet...scratch that...friend and weeped as their blood mixed together.
