Emuku followed her, trotting only a little slower so Roxie could take the lead. The fur on his neck on continued to raise.

Jiko growled at the german shepherd mix. " What do you want here!" He said, and bit the dog. He then walked few steps back, carefuly trying not to be bit back by him. He then raised his head, smelling the other dogs near... Hey, why don't we ask for help?He thought, and yelled as loud as he could " Everyone! There are some other dogs! And they don't seem friendly!" He yelled loudly.

Tisha heard the yell but did not understood what Jiko said, so she continued sleeping.

Varazi rolled his eyes, Jiko always came up with the understatement of the century. He rolled onto his stomach and snarled at the german shepherd. 'I am not a house mutt, I have never been a house mutt and I never will be. You would not believe what I have gone through, and for that reason I am better than you, and don't forget that most dogs come in packs' he growled. He allowed Jiko to call to the others, and then let out a few curt barks that were let off so quickly they could have passed for a short howl. He turned his attention back to the shepherd, and prayed that they others would come soon.

Varai glanced at Roxie. 'You took your time' he said, but didn't smile. He eyed up two dogs side by side, wondering if he could take both of them on at once. 'What are we going to do' he whispered to Roxie, having to back up as the dogs closed in tighter. He felt himself bump into the back of Jiko, and cried out in surprise before snarling, mostly at Jiko but partly at the gang of dogs.

Emuku snarled as he came from behind to stand by Roxie. He advanced onto the dogs who dared to attack them. He would wait for Roxie to command him to attack before he made a move. " If's your call Roxie, one word and I'll gladly take those mutts down." he said to his leader.

Jiko looked at Varazi for a moment, but then looked back at the other dogs. He could not resist to insult the other dogs. " You stupid flea bitten mutts! Get out of the way of mine and my friends, losers!" He growled again. " You'll never win! We're ten times stronger!" He said.

Aderia smelled other pack members and some other dogs, so she followed them. She heard Jiko's insult, and growled, teeth baring. Her lips were curling up to a snarl, and her hackles started to raise. " Repeat it." She growled, looking at Jiko with a deadly look.

Jiko did not understood that he'll get in more trouble. " You are stupid flea bitten mutts that are losers and will never win against us!" He yelled.

(Well Varazi was going to eventually join the rival dog pack, but I will probably be able to fit that in somehow later)

Varazi took the opportunity of the arrival of the other dogs to pin one of the two dogs he had been eyeing. As he held them down, he looked at the newcomers closely. They didn't seem to bad, they hadn't attacked them yet and that was always good, and they even seemed to be helping them.

Jiko yelped as Roxie bit his tail. He looked at her angrily for a second, but then turned back his attention to the other dogs, however, his mouth was now shut. He saw few other dogs coming. He was about to growl at them but seeing whats happening he just stared at them.

Aderia turned her head to the other dogs. Aderia started growling more, but did nothing. She was staring at her deadly, but didn't fought. Then, she spoke, " And what about these mutts, who crossed your territory too? " She said, her voice tone calm. When her voice was calm, it could sometimes even sound gentle and loving, which didn't fit her.

Jiko watched everything with a confused look on his face. He could not understand what's happening. " Elizabeth's pack? Bone's pack?" He whispered to himself, getting more confused, " May I ask, what's happening... You're enemies or something?And there are... two packs?" He asked.

Dark Lighting emerged from the shadows. " Aderia step down!" he snarled fiercely. " Bone will kill both of us if I let you take part in this foolishness. We can rip their hides from their pelts in time. And it will be sweeter when we do it at the right time." he snarled at his lower ranking pack mate. Now all of you get your own flea bitten hides back into the pack." Dark said as he gazed on Der. They were commanding and cold. But he was respected as the 2nd in command, for he was strong, fierce in battle, and at times, very rare time, understanding.

Emuku stood once again at Roxie's side. He watched both packs with hard eyes. They had fought for freedom once, and if these other dogs tried to take it from them again they would fight for it again. But it was Roxie's call, and for the moment she seamed willing to listen and respect them.

Hunter lay at the edge of town, watching the humans and their house pets walk by. "Hmph, humans and those ***** house dogs should have no place in this world." He growled quietly, because of his past Hunter was quite bitter and vile at times. He slowly stood up and glared at the humans once more before running off to the woods, the one and only place he could truely let go of his past, and hope for a future. Hunter ran faster than he'd ever ran before, just barely dodging the many trees and other obsticles that surrounded him. As he went further the path became more narrow, for the trees were spaced closely together. Soon Hunter stopped to catch his breath, his tongue lolled out slightly as he panted.

Varazi grudgingly got up and off the dog he had pinned. The idea of packs sounded interesting...very good in his opinion. To hunt and be free from human reign, to have to fight to survive rather than knowing that whatever happens, everything will be alright. He raised his top lip only slightly at the approach of Dark Lightning, but when he saw he was withdrawing a huge sense of aggressive, territorial pride welled up inside of him. Sure, he hadn't really beaten the pack dogs, but he had helped.
