The husky caught up to them and tried to hop up in the tree. Boy, did she love terrorizing others!
Mishka finally caught up with them and tackled Nightingale to the ground.
"What is wrong with you?!" he yelled as the husky struggled to get from under him. "She is my friend! Leave her alone!"
Nightingale shot Mishka a look. "You used to kill wolves and who ever got too close to me," she growled. "Remember?"

"She's not a wolf!" Mishka got up and both of them saw Vitani and her sister run away.
"Aw," Nightingale said in a faked sad voice. "Thanks to you, my prey's run away."
Mishka growled at her. "You're just like Zermii," Nightingale said with a roll of her eyes.

"Nah," Night said to Vitani. "I'm done playing." She turned to walk back to Mishka then added, "Well, for now, that is. I may decide to kill you later."
Mishka shot her a glance and she chuckled. "Do svidaniya," she said and licked Mishka's cheek. The husky then walked off, leaving a stunned borzoi behind.

Mishka stuttered a bit before turning to Vitani.

Nightingale smiled to herself as she trotted out of the forest and into the city. She looked around for a second, wondering where to head off to next.

Nightingale looked at the wolf. She wasn't afraid of those things anyway, so she walked past it without a word.
